I ordered a bowl of grits with cheese and receive my grits in a timely faction but had to get back in line because there were no cheese. When I stated to the cashier at drive-thru she said cheese is extra well I asked for cheese and didn't get it maybe she thought I couldn't afford $0.60 added to my order she wasn't very pleasant about their error this morning
Side item's were good and the sweet tea was awesome, ordered the 8 piece dinner, the chicken was dry and had no flavor at all, and it took 25 minutes in the drive thru
i like going here but im always ready quick to pat but when they leave stuff out it kills me like this mornin 27 th 22 i got my biscuts and grits but no large botato rounds thats 3.50 i try to gibe them the benifit of dougt but jeeze i don't want to drive 8 mile again its kinda difficult to pu;; alots stuff out of the bag while driving or sitting in the car so they need to check it everytime or im out this is 2 times now
Service was a little slow going through the drive through because the dining area was closed on a Sunday. All we wanted was a cup of coffee and luckily we were not in a hurry for it. Coffee was great and service was friendly that day. The only reason for the 4 stars is the wait. I am sure if fully staffed they are more timely with their service. Would stop again when going through and visiting Covington Location.
Line was so long but moved so fast. Just a great team just to keep everyone moving like that. Plus the food was great. Great job Bojangles team!!!
Sucked at two different restaurants one in Conyers and one in Covington just to get a chicken sandwich. Over 45 minutes waiting collectively. Conyers had 1 employee after the manager walked out. Unbelievable
I love Bojangles and I love that they open early. As a night shift worker, it's not often you find places open when you get off work....pulled up today at 5:18am (the menu and all lights were on) and after sitting for a few minutes, someone rudely informs me they open at 5:30....maybe update your hours online to reflect that..
The workers are top frkn notch. Very nice. Fastest folks in GA seems like. Food is the best as checkers go of course.

Chicken Biscuits are the bomb!!! And the service is so quick and efficient!! The employees are always so friendly.. I go out of my way to work to grab breakfast from Bojangles!!
