Place closes at 10. Went in at 8-ish with my wife and three kids. One employee running around getting drive-thru orders, everyone else is cleaning up and putting stuff away. Mistook the drive-thru person for someone working the counter, she responded very gruffly "I'm drive-thru" and walked off. We waited around for about five minutes and nobody else addressed us. My wife and the kids exited, I hung around to look at the flavors so I could figure out what I was in the mood for, from some other place. The drive-thru lady must have forgotten I was part of the group that just left, and she immediately started smack-talking. "Well I guess they expected me to drop everything!" and "they can go to McDonalds if they want ice cream!". She then turns to me and asked if I wanted ice cream. By this time I was on my way out the door. I stopped and said "That was my wife you were just talking about. Our issue wasn't with you, although your attitude is pretty poor. It was the fact that we waited and literally nobody else was helping any customer. Someone could have at least said "we'll be with you in a moment."
Everybody in there was working so hard! Their positive attitude is what really makes you want to come back on top of making yummy desserts ?! Laura served me for my birthday made me feel very welcome and apologized for the wait! Loved her customer service and I loved my treat! Thank you guys!
We Order ice cream the store is closing has no spoons wasn’t informed before my card was charged. The manger Chris customer service is very unprofessional. She said I can go find me a spoon for some where else that nobody else has had a problem going home getting one. And call the police. Didn’t want to give owner or manger name. Don’t want to give refund or my card. Once I just asked for refund to leave. She didn’t want to give me refund or ice cream.
Couldn’t even get the donut selection right. Waited a while for one sandwich. Don’t make any sense. Will not be going there in the future.
Arrived at 9:47 PM on Sunday night. The listing says they're open till 11 and there were people walking around inside but no one answered at the drive-through.
Very confused why I came at 10pm and all Doors and the drive threw were closed. Website clearly says they close at 11pm.
Always says they are out of cappucino blasts. Especially in afternoon and evening crew and you need to plan on waiting in line for 30 mins.
The absolute worst baskin-robbins/Dunkin Donuts in Covington Georgia...this location is 3 minutes away from my house and I refuse to spend my money there!
I did not like it at all. The employees were a bit rude and just seem to frown. Almost like I was not welcome there. I won't be going back there at all
This is the worse Baskin-Robbins in Georgia. You pay almost $6 for 2 scoops of ice cream and they give you 1 scoop and make scoop marks on the ice cream to make it look like two. They have on their sign for choices, 'Quarts of Pre-Packaged Ice Cream' but they claim they never have any in stock. My favorite is the staff who say, "We don't offer that special" I say, "It's not a special it's just one thing you have on your sign so if you don't sell it, take it off." All other Baskin-Robbins provide the pre-packaged ice cream. This one is managed by some not right bright folks.
