I paid for two brisket combos only to get home and find two roast beef instead, plus overcooked cold fries!! I paid more money and got a yucky mess! These people want $15 and hour with a three dollar work ethic!! Might as well trash this whole mess!

(We are not from here and we do not know her personally.)There was an elderly woman & her little husband who obviously comes often, because not only did that young lady greet her elder, she remembered what her favorite things were! SO IMPRESSIVE! She took her time with the customer and was so sweet during the whole process!She also served us and two other folks quickly, efficiently and with a great sense of humor. Really - she deserves a shout-out!The food was good and hardy, as usual. Keep it up. This location is a great example of good service!
The chicken was fried too hard. This CHICKEN BACON SWISS SANDWICHis not worth the menu price of $5.69. I ONLY ordered this sandwich because of the 2 for $5 coupon that came in the mail. My husband got the CLASSIC CRISPY CHICKEN SANDWICH. This CHICKEN BACON SWISS SANDWICH is something I wouldn’t buy again; even if I had a coupon for it.
Told me to park because they were cooking fresh fries and then they forgot to bring them to me. I had to go inside to get my order. One of the workers did apologize though.
The team was courteous and prompt. Had a double roast beef. It was delicious. I was very impressed when I saw a team member helped an elderly woman carry her order out to her truck! Nice to see customer care is not dead in fast food industry.
The food order was accurate and tasted good. The restaurant needs attention to cleaning. It was obvious the tables need cleaning. ex: spills and condiment packets packets. The floors needed swept and mopped. My shoes were sticking to floor regardless where I walked.

Used the 5 for $5 slider coupon and ordered 2 discounts. (They allow up to 4 or 5 discounts per coupon) so I got 2 of each. 2 roast beef, 2 jalapeno roast beef, 2 turkey, 2 chicken, 2 buffalo chicken. The buffalo chicken sauce smelled so bad my wife wouldn't allow it in the house. Tasted funky as well. But the others were great. Especially the jalapeno roast beef. The peppers were fresh and the only thing it needed was green salsa. All in all, great food for a great price.
Arby's is always a good stop. Except they tend to forget marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks. So if you get their mozzarella sticks (which are amazing) don't forget to ask for marinara just to make sure
The food is always good and hot it's not a long wait also the staff is very professional to be so young I've been going there for years from the Metro area because it's worth it.
