Went for lunch and took advantage of the lunch menu. Plus side was the lunch menu was available on a Saturday and not just during the week. Food was also good and filling. Downside service was slow. Not slow like we were ignored or felt like we’d never get service. It was slow in general of food coming out. It wasn’t super crowded, we were seated right away.
The food was amazing and our server was good. However, we waited almost 20 minutes to even be greeted by anyone at our table and there were people sitting at the table next to us that worked there, saw us sitting there and never said a word to us or anyone else! The bar was slow, my husband waited about 15 minutes for a beer not once BUT TWICE, nothing to drink because the server didn't bring us our waters until halfway through our meal. We asked for condiments and never received them.
It took forever to get our drinks. Then after our drinks came, we waited another 30 minutes for our waiter to take our order. People who came in after us who had the same waiter got their food and we hadn’t even ordered. Waiter was to busy flirting with a table of young ladies and ignoring all other tables. First and last time there.

The food arrives 55 minutes after the order. and two of our relatives received it later. Theydidn't give us any explanation or apology until we had to get up to ask. Too salty the fries, and the sandwich. The salad with the grilled chicken very bad, the pasta with meat balls not really good. To pay we had to wait 20 minutes. and we're on vacation visiting from out of state.

Went to amici with my friends, we wear able to sit outside which was beautiful! They had lights outside and a gorgeous atmosphere. The food was amazing and fast. But the cherry on top was our server. I think her name was rachel with long blond hair.Her friendly and professional personality made our night beyond perfect! She gave great advice to the food and drink menu!12/10 would recommend that place!We looking forward to come back and sit with her!
The food is not the issue. The food is usually good quality. The persistent issue with this location is cleanliness. Bathroom locks are damaged or missing. No soap or paper towels in the dispensers.Won’t return until issues are addressed
The lovely girl with dreads seated after about 5 mins even with slow business bc the hostess was no where to be found. And another almost 30mins hoping to get our drink orders taken. No such luck. Out of 5 or 6 girls working, plus kitchen staff no one even greeted us once we were seated, much less took our order. We walked out. I guess with those daggers for eyes, the one with makeup and dark hair and her blonde friend weren't too happy they had to come inside and stop chatting alone outside on the patio. We always tip VERY well as we're locals and want to support, and usually love this as out go-to pizza place but not lately. The food is AMAZING but the staff needs work. They just look at you, ignore you and keep walking by.
I hardly ever have to write any negative reviews but this one is simple poor service. We waited 45 minutes for our food that came out cold when it finally did make it to the table. The worst part was watching other tables around us be seated and then get their food well before us and finish. It didn't seem that the staff was in any hurry to get the food out nor did it seem they were understaffed that night. I do understand that restaurants are under staffed and I am hopeful that when or if we decide to go back to Amici's in the future this is not the experience we will encounter.
