The manager is so rude & I used to work there , they reheat up the chicken from the next day & nobody in the kitchen wear gloves barely even wash they hands and be digging & scratching. There’s this one guy who’s thumb messed up badly and sometimes bleed out of nowhere and continue cooking like nothing is wrong. I wasn’t gonna say anything but I got sick of them not tryna be professional with the food & I hate nasty hands being around my food. It’s like the cashiers run the store the mangers DONT care & they need to be new owners or shut down it’s not clean n very unsanitary.
Upon arrival on 6/20/2022 I was greeted and order promptly taken. One of the cashiers stepped away leaving one by herself. At that time the young lady that was left began telling customers as she entered that she WOULD NOT be taking any new orders as she was by herself and was subsequently turning away customers. There were a group of young ladies that asked for a manager and they were advised none was present and that it didn't matter as because the one girl was by herself she was not taken any new orders. I don't understand the correlation between being the sole cashier and not taking orders when the cooks were still in the back placing orders. This cashier was very rude and began going back and forth with the customers. After a few mins past the 2nd cashier returned. It was just an odd, ghetto experience. Also is there no dress code? The girls were dressed in crop tops and biker shorts. Just ghetto and unprofessional all the way around.
Best wings in town. I had to cook my French fries for about 15 minutes when they arrived because they were not done. I'm not sure if that is done on purpose or not.
The rude girl on the phone told me she don’t care about the reason I am ordering on the phone so it would have been prepared by the time of arrival I don’t mind paying ahead but the disrespect by the staff at this location is unheard of . This is not the first time I have complained but this is the last time I will ever attempt to eat from this establishment .
Terrible Terrible Terrible! I guess customer service skills don’t exist. I’m not sure where Kevin (the manager) is hiring his employees from but this experience was HORRENDOUS. I called my order in and gave the last four digits of my number to the gentleman at the front. I arrived to pick up my order and the same gentleman I spoke with to place the order told me “my order wasn’t on file, am I sure I called the right location.” I’ve been coming to this same location for years and this time will most likely be the last. Once Kevin located my order I paid and waited about 5 minutes for my order. The same gentleman that said I had the wrong location calls out random “order numbers”. He stared at me saying “order number 242”. I let him know that the reason I wasn’t responding was because my order number was “149” and there were multiple other customers waiting on their orders. The last encounter that shocked me was that the same gentleman basically threw my order at me. Half of the container was still hanging out of the shopping bag when I had to reach for my order. The wings are consistent but I REFUSE to spend my hard earned money on undeserving bad service, nor will I recommend this restaurant to others new to the area. Do better Kevin.
The few times Ive gone there I specifically ask for fresh fries and extra crispy wings...do I get that nope. I have actually had to test both the fries and the wings before i leave and have had to ask them to remake them most times. When they get it right its good when its bad its allll bad... Ive stopped patronizing them
Probably one of the most consistent American dell's out there. The wait isn't long. Food is great. All around my top wing spot right now.
I had a garden salad one day and then a week later i had a chicken salad. The salads are fine but not exciting and im good with them rinsing their lettuce but i need them to drain the Water off.?
I wish I could give this place zero stars!! I called the order in when I was in Lithonia. When I arrived, there was a cashier taking orders and two other girls texting/looking at their phones. The cashier asked for the last 4 digits of my phone number. I gave them to her. She handed me two cups, so I proceeded to get my drinks. She yelled “You haven’t paid me yet ma’am!!!” I said that I wasn’t a worker there and didn’t know process. Maybe she should’ve given me my cups and then said, “That’ll be $21.35!” After I paid, I asked if my food was ready. Of course, it wasn’t!! But I called it in when I was 20 minutes away….in Lithonia!!! When my food was ready, the younger looking girl showed me my order to make sure it was correct. I looked at my wings and asked “I ordered medium sauce with lemon pepper sprinkle, extra wet. Is there lemon pepper on those wings?” She replied “I don’t know”, with an attitude. The cashier then said “No. They didn’t add the lemon pepper. They did it wrong.” And just stood there looking at me. They must’ve seen how quickly my face changed because she then said, “You can put your own lemon pepper sprinkle on your wings. It’s some lemon pepper right here on the counter.” My wings were not “extra wet”, more like EXTRA DRY!!!! The Customer Service experience is extremely important for businesses that not only want to survive, but thrive. I’ve been to this restaurant several times. But after this experience, I will NEVER spend my hard earned money at this establishment again. NEVER!!!!
The service was a little slow. However, the people were nice and the food was delicious! I will definitely go back!
