Horrible wings were soggy and they don't know how to take an order.
We ordered take out for dinner, ordered a 15pc wing and 2 Philly cheese steak combos. The wings were just ok, the texture was really soft and mushy and the fries were soggy borderline undercooked. The steak Philly had more bell pepper than anything else, the steak was bland and something was off with the cheese I think it was provolone. A waste of money, I would not recommend.
Salads are always soaking in 2 inches of water?Btw, why are meals twice the amount on doordash? 11.50 for Philly wing combo in store but 17.30 for ordering on the app! That's just 1 example, everything is twice the price online. Say you don't want people's business without SAYING you don't want people's business....dont worry I'll shop somewhere else thank you
Ordered the lemon pepper wings and they were so good. Cashier was very nice!
I’ve came here dozens of times & never had an issue with the food or staff. Almost always fast.
Wouldn't recommend, ordered Philly cheese steak, had more bell pepper than steak, The tea tasted like it was strained through a coffee filter
Tried this place for lunch. Had someone who was in the area to place the order, so it would be ready when I arrived... Well, the order was placed, but never made. I assume they don't make orders until it's paid for. Wasted my lunch break Waiting on food.
Staff at the front counter is rude. Food is usually on point but no point in calling your order in ahead of time it’s still gonna take 45 minutes for a Philly and fries. If you ask what’s taking so long they’ll tell you well we don’t have to make it. I’m a restaurant manager and I wouldn’t allow my staff to ever disrespect a customer that way. The management needs to get a grip on their staff because I never hear anything good about this store. Next time I’ll go to Salem road.
I’ve had way better chicken fried rice . It was awful ?
Not sure who are the owners or cooks today. But te food is NOT the same anymore. This is rhe worst representation of American Deli. The place was dirty, the wings were Hella small, the rice looked like they warmed it up from leftovers before Xmas. Not coming back.
