Stopped at the drive-thru Friday night during my lunch break. Ordinarily I would check the order before I pull off, but I was in a hurry to get back to the plant. Got back, opened my bag and yep, they totally screwed up my order. I ordered a 10-piece tenders and they put a sandwich in the box instead. I ordered a Cobb salad too. They got the salad part right, but didn't give me ANY dressing (I had ordered extra dressing) and no utensils. So I have a salad but no way to eat it.Needless to say I am not happy at all.Probably the last time I will go to this Zaxby's.
I really dont come but my girl wanted a salad. The restaurant was any TOTAL desire. It was difficult to order from LANDON and almost impossible to tell who the MANAGER was. I will never ever come to this unorganized disgusting store. MANAGEMENT GET IT TOGETHER!
As always, zaxbys never fails to disappoint. I'd also like to mention how great the workers are, even though they are swamped with orders they still manage to get them out quickly. Zaxbys needs to do a better job of keeping their locations from being understaffed.
Worst experience I ever had in fast food. The manager by the name of Celeste is young immature and unprofessional she should be fired. I requested a spicy chicken sandwich with light sauce. I sent the sandwich back after I saw that there were Globs of sauce on the sandwich. A second sandwich was given to me but was the same sandwich just in a new package. Sent the sandwich back and i was given a 3rd sandwich which had double the sauce that the first one had. After speaking with Celeste she told me that she would make me another sandwich but she was immature and thought the whole situation was funny. But it's not funny if your crew members are messing with customers food. In the end I returned to sandwich with no refund and just walked away from the whole situation. very very poor customer service skills
Waited 25 minutes for my food... at the drive thur window was 5 people standing around talking and playing. Got food...no salad dressing for the salad. Tomatoes was old. Chicken wings was hard and dry. Very sad meal ?
Wow, Zaxby's in Conyers service has gone down serving burnt toast. Came home and was extremely disappointed ☹️.
This location management keeps their young employees on point. Our food always comes tasty,warm, and wanting you to come back. I will admit, don't order extra toast, and or Zax Sauce because they always forget to put them in the bag. Their expediter must never check the bags to confirm your order so don't pull out of the drive thru window without checking the bag. I will still give this location 8 out of 10
Zaxby's signature chicken, could've been better. It was too salty to me. What's so special about it?
Normally we have no problems but tonight bad. Ordered a Cobb salad and when we got home there was no egg,no bacon, and no fried Onions. That's a pricey salad to not have all the toppings. Also chicken was beyond dry. Missing sauces. Just an off night. Money wasted.
The service was ok, even though they got one of our drinks wrong! At 1st the young lady working the window seemed to have an attitude, but then she was ok. My Hubby & I have a pet-peeve about dirty windows & the drive through windows were nasty! But the food was good, hot & fresh, even though I asked for cheese on my grilled chicken sandwich, but didn't get it.
