If you have to choose a Zaxby’s, DO NOT go here!!! This is the last straw. I normally order in the App because they give deals but every time I order here I have a problem. If my order is ready, it just sits there for anyone to take. And if it’s not ready, keep in mind I come after the estimated time and they act like they don’t know what I’m talking about! I had to wait 30 extra minutes! ? The workers act like they don’t work there. I was saying excuse me about 5 times until I just got in the order line. That was my last time going there.
I went inside for my first ever time and I believe his name was Jayden he did a excellent job at cashier and he made sure my food was fresh exactly how I asked for it !
This used to be my favorite place to eat but the people in there now they're not friendly the food was cold and I had absolutely no taste
I placed an order online but discovered the dining room was closed when I arrived to the restaurant. Only pick up option was the drive thru which had a line wrapped around the building. I called to cancel the order because there was no option to cancel within the Zaxby's app. I was told I would have to wait in the drive thru line to cancel the order. This was bad experience overall and I would not recommend dining here if you are on a tight schedule.
Came through the drive through today at 11:50 there was absolutely no line . I ordered a wings& things with a sprite .my fries had ZERO seasoning on them , my box came with no celery and they gave me two ranches when I specifically asked for for 1 ranch and 1 Zax sauce . I’m pregnant with twins and I had to get out of the car to get my zax sauce because a line had formed…

Missed drink and cookies from mobile order. Just had to go to the cashier and ask. Food was tasty
First of all, I spelled my name out for the cashier for my order, and she didn't even put the name on my order. ??. Not a big deal. I asked for the signature sandwich meal on TOAST because I don't like the bun (too thick and dry) plus the garlic on the bread gives the sandwich more flavor. I got it on the bun. I ate it anyway...?. And will someone let Zaxbys know that it is DIRTY for the cashiers to put their hands on the cup lids (after touching filthy cash ?), then slip the lids and straws into the cups? That's the STUPIDEST thing any major restaurant chain could instruct their team members to do. COVID19 or not, that's NOT safe or healthy!! It's smarter to just put the lids and straws out next to the drink machine!! You guys have got to exercise some common sense.
Great service. As usual this Zaxby's is down with the business. Got our order quick and friendly. Our order was right, gave us everything we needed like silverware, napkins and dressing, and it was hot. Delicious and well done. Our favorite Zaxby's. Maybe I shouldn't tell you or I will never get through the line LOL.
The food was hot and fresh. The fries were perfect. The salad was delicious.
