It was decent. The fries and tots need to be a bit crisper. The drink machine was broken. The boneless wings were average. 4 stars is a reasonable score for them.
We were undecided on dinner, we decided to stop here since we were in the area. They were not crowded, good customer service and the food was good. The prices are high. We ordered 2 burger combos and a 10 piece wing. The wings could have used a lil more sauce, my personal preference and they had really good blue cheese. I will return.
So we order food on the website, go to store, they tell us they handed it out wrong, then the associate up front says that the kitchens REFUSES to remake it. Like what? We weren’t rude or anything.
Overpriced. OK customer service. I ordered a burger, was not seasoned. Not the worst but far from the best.
Ordered a flounder Po boy because they didnt have fish sandwiches. There were 2 tiny pieces of flounder on top of a mountain of veggies.Po boy was not fresh and sides were extra. The Po boy alone was $9. Not worth it. Very disappointing.
Never I mean never eat here, the prices for to three little pieces of fish and fries are ridiculous. One day I called and tried to order ahead and nobody picked up the phone. When I got to the store there was nobody in the store nobody but on girl at the register sitting down texting on her cell phone. There customer service is terrible. Look im from Jersey if you pay 45 dollars you can more than three little pieces of fish and some fries. We have to do better. Not ever eating here again.
Wing spot but not selling wings. Rude front counter employee on the phone doing FaceTime while attempting to order. This place has changed in the last few months. Will no longer spend my money here.
WHAT THE SAUCE?!!!! I ordered a 12pc honey bbq combo with shrimp fried rice through door dash. I texted my driver to make sure to get some yum yum sauce and extra blue cheese, which I paid for. ANYWAYS… when I received my food the bbq sauce was watered down to the point it didn’t taste like bbq sauce. The shrimp wasn’t fully cooked either. I’ll just go to the other location on Sigman Rd where I don’t have these issues. I tried this location Bc it’s closer to where I live but not again.
Good wings! Order mine through uber eats. Still came hot! Really came here to comment on the customer service, which was great. I called to make sure my order came correctly and Jada Aisida did just that! I appreciate the effort when it comes to feeding others.
#1: cashier who handed me my food was not wearing a mask. I should have stopped then…but my order of 6 PCs chicken wings was made from previously cooked chicken and reheated in microwave which made it hard and tasteless. Definitely the worst chicken I’ve ever had, and they don’t get a second chance.
