I came and got a Dave’s double with No cheese only ketchup and mustard and every time I come to this Wendy’s which is rarely they don’t seem to be able to listen to the no cheese part. So there was EXTRA CHEESE and some BBQ tasting sauce on it. I asked for a coke and this is the flattest coke I’ve ever had. It tasted like coke flavored water. I didn’t even want to bother with trying to go inside to get my burger remade because the lobby was probably locked like it always is.

Ordered online-website AND signage stated Lobby is open-NOT!!Waited 45+ minutes in drive thru line. If my order wasn't prepaid, I would have left!Tried to call store-NO ANSWER! NEVER AGAIN!

Told me they would have biscuits in 10 minutes. I went back about 20 or 25 minutes later and then they told they was out of biscuits. Very disappointed!! Want go back again!! Why advertise something and not have it??

If I could give this location zero stars that's exactly what I would give them. At the drive thru the line always seem like 10 minutes or longer wait. I would rather drive up the next exist on dogwood to that location and order my food.

we placed an order through the Wendy's app for 4 Dave single burgers with cheese. Three minutes later we're in line second in line from the speaker board. it took 20 minutes for four cars ahead of us to pick up our order. this is the third time I've been to this location that the service is just slower than molasses. I've been to three other Wendy's over the last 2 weeks, one in hapeville on Virginia avenue great service, and two in Conyers also great service. but this one location is notorious for slow service. the food was good but it was cold but we were hungry so we didn't complain when got home six minutes later.

Food temperature was good , and the speed of order accuracy is above average. My fries were hot, crispy, & salty... Perfecto! I was a happy camper.

Drive thru was moving quicker than other restaurants like McDonald's, Arby's, Checkers, etc... And the other restaurants have already cooked their food while Wendy's makes it fresh at order! Wendy's is the best service for the best price!???

I went there to order breakfast. I was in the drive thru, there was no menu posted. I told the employee that but was told they were short staffed. She still asked me for my order. Smdh. How can I order when I don't know what you sell? I drove away and went to a different restaurant.

I just tried their breakfast for the first time the bacon egg and cheese biscuit was great and it's very cheap. The lady of the window was exceptionally nice and we had great service.

This started out as a Door dash order. The first order did not arrive. I requested a new order. The order was for 3 items.There was only 1 item in the bag. At the end of the day, I came to your store to tell you what happened. It was raining outside and you did not offer to let me in to solve this issue. You did confirm the order was from your store and had me stand out in the rain.When you came back you only said it will be 1 hour before a baked potato would be ready...really? That's all you have to say??.Personally, I feel you should have done more and been more empathic to my concerns about the order. Instead, you showed careless regard. You as the manager never came to the door yourself. You had a kid who was working that day running back and forth with messages.When something like this occurs, you as the manager are the responsible party and you should do what is right. If you don't know what is right there are plenty of videos on YouTube to help you out.In business, it is not always about the money it is about reputation. Now if anyone asks me about this Wendy on 138 in Conyers, GA this wrinkled up Wendy's bag will be the memory.The people that work for you are watching how you respond and believe me they will remember.
