This place is very crowded early afternoon (lunch). I decided to go inside bc all I wanted was a drink. There was a line inside too. I was pleased at how quick they were serving people. I love that Wendy's has started having the self service drink machine like the movie theaters. It's great to find a place I can get caffeine free diet cokes & even a flavor!Food must b good bc people kept coming. ?
There was no sign saying no Apple Pay at purchase window. I asked for no bacon at speaker. They had bacon on it anyway so they took the sandwich back and “new” sandwich had a piece of bacon on it. 3rd sandwich was cold, 4th sandwich did not have fried pickles, 5th sandwich didn’t have hot honey sauce. The server talked bad about me to my children while I walked back to the window. They refused to refund my money! They were rude and lazy! If they would’ve done it right the first time then I wouldn’t be sending this. Drive-threw 1 hr long+
I like Wendy's but this particular location is always packed. Especially the drive through. I went for a baked potato and chilli and it took about 20-25 minutes to get my order. I believe they are very under staffed. I'm eating two stars only because of the wait.
My sister and I agreed that the morning staff is better than the night staff. I went there a few months ago and they double charge me. One was for someone's else meal before they charge me for my meal. Another incident was when I order from door dash they forgot to give my dasher the frosty I order. Today the night staff forgot to give my brother his burger.
Hello Wendy’s people I would like to personally 3-30-22 ???think MECHAI I was in barber came out for over 30 minutes I came a.m. to Wendy’s on my break and I asked him if he could serve me within 10 minutes and what was the best meal he Kylie God means that every meal is cook very well in hot and fresh believe him but my order was done well I ordered a 10 piece chicken nuggets meal soft parsley want to thank him sincerely he is a ambitious young employee thank you MECHAI

Great food,fast service. Staff is usually friendly except for a middle aged woman with brown hair who can never hear when you order through the drive through around 11 amShe glares at me and throws my food at me. True story.
I was excited about the new fries.. especially since it was cold and rainy.. they weren't hot crispy fries.. not the worst but definitely not the best.
I love chocolate frosty's, so I buy two - three times a month. The last two times buying from this location the frosty tasted nasty, and I threw it out ( again! ). Additionally, I ordered 6 piece nuggets and after I had gone a couple of miles I realized I only had 4. I remember the good ole days when people could count as high as six. Guess I'll frequent the Salem Rd location instead.
This is the slowest Wendy's I've ever been to. We've waited in the drive thru for more than 23 mins. before ordering and its just 3 cars ahead of us.
