The place was clean and looked nice. It was lunch time. 6 people in line. Nobody was taking orders. It took quite a long time to get to the front of the line. The lady taking orders would take an order then immediately retreat to the back to fill orders and help 5 other people service the drive thru. The food was good when I finally got served. But major turn off waiting over 20 minutes to be served. Seems that poor management was the cause. For that reason I will more than likely not return to this location.
Went there, ordered and they got my order wrong. Had to pay extra for their mistake and to top it off,I received cold and old fried. Had to drive around again and wait to get back to the window ama they're all standing around when finally little girl asks what's wrong, we tell her the fries are cold and her response is, I didn't make them plus we had asked for our receipt and oh we threw it away. She needs to be retrained. This is second time gone there and not again.
Stop at this location order 2 meals nuggets meal and 4 for 4 got home my food was cold told the young lady i wanted original nuggets gave me spicy didn’t receive a receipt Save the food talk the manger Simone told her the issue she stated they was close for the night I said k I’ll come tomorrow came next day she was there she act as thou she didn’t remember me and put the icing on the cake she ask me what do I want her to do such a way to handle a situation. I will be taking this situation to upper hand manger if you don’t want to work don’t apply for these leadership roles horrible horrible !!!
Very bad did not get the right food 4 Times very cold and mean employees
Employee, Savannah, was kind and helped us with using the Wendy's app. She was sweet and patient. The store was clean and the food was good.
Went through the drive through and the Host/manager at the time was rude and disrespectful. She got the entire order wrong and when trying to address the situation she never spoke and slammed our drinks. Very unsatisfied.
This food looking like its right off a commercial!! Now I haven't had Wendy's this good in a long time, the lunch crew over there Today Chile!!!! ?
I will NEVER, and I mean that when I say NEVER eat at another Wendys again. Since there is no dine-in and only drive-thru only, the wait times in the drive-through lines are ridiculous. From the workers up to the manager on duty on 1/29/2022 around 5:30 pm was disgusting and unprofessional. I waited in line for more than 15 minutes to order my food and pay for it to get to the window for them to not only 1. Make my order wrong, 2. tell me I did not pay for my food, and 3. go back and forth with the manager after showing them my bank account on my app proving that the transaction went through and wanting my money back, he refused to give me my money back. He also gave me cold food, which I did not eat and had to throw it away. He also told me that he had no record of me making a payment in the drive-thru line, so that he couldn't refund me, so I needed to call my bank and dispute the charge because he couldn't help me. I wanted to make sure I shared my experience and proof that a payment was made. I will also be contacting corporate for my refund, and I will be reporting everyone was on duty at that time. To be honest, after reviewing the reviews at this restaurant in particular I don't even see how they're still open.
Always a great experience. Kind staff, clean restaurant, and fantastic fresh food. Please keep it up!
The drive thru line was very long. I waited about 30 minutes. The fries were hot but the burger was not. The cheese never melted.
