Update...Restaurant was clean and the food and service was on point.
Place was a acceptably clean. Did not had to wait much which is rare for Saturday brunch. Food was very good and the server was attentive to our needs.
Went in at 6 looked closed, disgusting location, fingerprints everywhere,.dirty windows,floors, not sanitizing dishes, covid magnet. Two girls asleep when walked in on tables with door unlocked, they say we're closed, seriously would never allow my employees to do that big security risk. Why are doors unlocked, and closed. Last time I went in there the silverware was very dirty, the food made me sick, obviously this location needs three new managers, and all new employees who care, the health dept needs to be called, and needs to be checked out. (Disgusting)
I drove 20 minutes from DEEP in the woods of Covington only to have my order INCORRECT!!! I placed 2 triple hash brown orders with the first one being ham and cheese and the other ham, cheese, and onions which there wasn't ANY even though I was charged for it!! I had to asked the Caucasian red head guy server who took my order which one had onions since all he did was bag them up and place them in a bag and on the counter. He then tells me that the order on the bottom had onions only to get home and find out that I was LIED to and charged for onions. I fault the server AND cook since I heard the orders given which was correct but at the end of the day my order was INCORRECT plus the server LIED in my face after charging me for onions that was non existent. The server didn't even give me a receipt which I thought was in my bag which wasn't. Since no one answers the phone I wanted to ensure I place my concerns here to make others aware of my horrible experience which I can guarantee it's my first and DAMN SURE LAST time there!!!
Walked up to the door around 10pm and the door locked. Waffle house is supposed to be open 24-7. Disappointing but it was the employees that made this happen
This one is horrible and gross. The employees act entitled and angry that you are making them do their job. I'll go to a different one from now on. Waffle House is great, but this location is dirty and mean.

The absolute worst Waffle House food we've ever had. Food cooked on a nasty grill, black crud in our food. Scrambled eggs were not scrambled and overcooked. Nothing was edible and even thw waitress apologized for bad food. However, the cook laughed but we still had to pay. This place needs a cook.
Had a good, reasonably priced breakfast and it came quickly.
Food was pretty decent. My husband truly enjoyed, but the wait staff made it a great experience.
