My eggs and hash browns have been perfect everytime. I'm a little concern about the cleaning though. They are not that busy that the grill area and pans all have to be dirty. They could do better. I just don't think it concerns them much. But sometimes dirty cooks make great tasting food. I'm trying hard to be complimenting so I'll just stop here. You get the point I hope.
I could have sworn that Waffle House was open 24 hours... We just left there... CLOSED. Apparently Waffle House creates their own hours now. All of my days in ATLANTA... I never thought that I would see the day when employees could dictate when the restaurant was closed. It says 24 hours on Google Maps... if that is the case, it needs to be open... poor management
Quick weekend trip and as soon as we got off the plane in Atlanta we knew we needed a Waffle House fix. Fortunately for us, this was the location we stopped at! The food was prepared quickly and correctly and was just yummy comfort breakfast food. I got my sugared grits and bacon and I was a happy, happy girl! What made this particular location so fantastic though was the service! Friendly, polite, quick and happy. EVERYONE working here had a smile, they were joking and interacting with each other in such happy, positive ways, all while serving us quickly and making us feel so welcome. Big thumbs up for this location!
Terrible service, terrible food. Before ordering our food at 12 noon, my sister asked the Clerk if the Grits are fresh, because t herre usually clumpy and old around 12 noon, the clerk stated yes. However, once the food is served, the Grits come out clumpy and gross ?. Then the clerk gets an attitude and tells the chef about situation. Thank goodness for Will(chef/Mgnr) stating he will take care the order. While the clerk goes directly over to the Dishwasher with Locks and Tattoe laughing and giggling under her breathe(while mask half way on half way off, then immediately goes to a customer to take order) mask ? still half on half off taking Money.....
These Ppl are using Covid to the fullest extent. They’re not even letting you order food to go. You have to go to the next WF nearest you. Laziness at its finest and they getting paid to do nothing

Waffle House Salem Road and I-20 when inside they would not let us eat there they said nobody showed up for work today and it is takeout orders only I wanted to eat there so we went to I-20 Thornton Road we got to eat there but as soon as we got our food they wouldn't let nobody else eat there because only one person showed up that day these people not coming to work makes our world stuck going to be awhile before I spend my money at Waffle House again thank you very much
The customer services was on point. However, the food was just thrown together. This is the first waffle house where my patty melt wasn’t chopped up. It was dry and he just put my food together in a rush
