I'm a huge waho fan. Never really go in with any expectations but tonight was probably the worst service I've experienced in any location in the country. This would've been a one star review but the cook came through. The waitress was just awful. They had a single booth avail but even sitting at that booth, the order wasn't communicated to the cook. He actually gave us our silverware because she couldn't be bothered.I get things are crazy with staffing issues but y'all need to let homegirl go. I'd rather y'all close than have someone on staff who forgets a waffle on a meal at a place with waffle in the name.
Erin, Britt, Chris and Yolanda are amazing! Always great service with a smile. Food was, good, ready quick and hot. Best WH in Conyers!
Bobby and Gab were doing a great job with cooking and customer service. They were the only two serving customers when everyone else called out. Gab stepped in and filled in all roles with professionalism. This is actually the 4th Waffle House we visited today. The other 3 were not accepting dine in orders during this time 130p-3pmEST.. We didn't give up and kept searching for a Waffle House we can dine in at. Gab greeted us like the professional she is. And without delay came to serve us while multitasking. Hats off to the pleasant hard workers who don't complain, don't show frustration and still treat paying customers like we matter. Thank you for my first Waffle House visit in the New Year
Staff professional and order executed and delivered within a timely manner.. I would recommend anyone to go to this location to eat
After leaving the WH on Evans Mill rd do to poor customer, my husband and I stop at WH on Sigman rd and everything from the customer service to the food was excellent. Britt was our waitress and she was exceptional and DeMarco was the cook who was equally exceptional. The entire staff was great they work together well and they all seemed like they really want it to be at work and enjoyed it.
As soon as my dad and I pulled up a waitress walked out from behind the counter and roped off all empty seats.
The cook did an outstanding job out there in Conyers. However, the waiter was not too interested in waiting for anybody. She was more concerned about waiting in a chair and doing nothing. She had to be told what to do and when to do it by the cook. Maybe she would have been better off at home eating some breakfast.
I’ve been frequently going to this Waffle House and the staff is just great. Today I had a Chicken Southern Classic, minus the cheese because I added cheese to my eggs. It was great. Gab was a great waitress. Demarco was our cook and he made my special breakfast ??
It was an excellent over all experience. Fast and friendly service.
I do not know the cooks name but it was on August 13th early, maybe between 12:00-1:15am, he knows how to cook great! The food was gooood better than any Waffle House I have been too. It was so good I am writing a review.
