This location along with a few others looks nasty an unsanitary...bathroom nasty...the floor boards,floors,all the chairs are old nasty cruddy...a lot of these places need to be totally remodeled...A lot of these waffle houses do not look sanitary enough to even serve food or be open...two positives...I can say about the Conyers location...the sever was polite an the cook is good.Waffle as a chain...just needs to to way better.

Must order bacon FIRST, then order the rest of breakfast so you get bacon before the rest is cold, or already eaten. ... and then this bacon tasted like pure SALT.And MY GOD, WHY MUST IT BE SO COLD IN THESE PLACES? Sure, the cook must get hot, but don't you care about your customers?!?!? ☹️
This place was busy and they (employees) were moving with pace . They had very great customer service ??
Hash brown, eggs, sausage with cheese was good. The cook was friendly. The server was ok.
We eat here sometimes often, sometimes not. Service is always pretty good, even when they're extremely busy. Someone always speaks when you enter and the place is usually clean.
This waffle house was great all the staff were very parfectional and nice. However, me and my family was sitting near this customer that was coughing with his mouth open without even trying to cover his mouth and looking stupid anyway I asked the nice waitress to move us and she did with no probably along with the other staff helping to move our food. Thank you guys so much I will be back.
They will not take phone orders and want you to wait 20 minutes for a take out order if you come in. Soooo inconvenient. I understand that it is busy but this is covid. They should make call in orders a priority so people some have to wait inside a restaurant with omicron spreading rampantly.
Mop on the floor three different employees stepped over it. The cook was rude the waitress were all on crack. I will never go there again. The cook was more Into fighting than cooking. No manager on duty I will make sure to let people know y’all are not a clean and service place.
Would not recommend coming here. Go anywhere else.
