Every time a certain person is here serving in the morning around 6 a.m.the grill is down ex amount of time. She's negligent of people's time. This morning she took people's orders that came well after I did and told me she'd take my order after ignoring me for 10 unnecessary minutes. One customer was even able to finish eating and leave before I even got my food. The server always needs 30 minutes to an hour to set up and something needs to be done about this. She needs to be removed immediately. She has purple hair. I got here at 6 a.m one of the 1st people here and didn't get my food until after 6:40. I could if they were busy but they weren't.
Horrible location. The location was closed because the cook didn't have a waitress as she was late to her shift. I decided I'd wait as he assured she'd be there in a few minutes. She gets there finally.... I'm understanding she needs a few minutes to collect herself. She comes through the door and tells us we need to wait outside she needs like 30 minutes to setup.... Setup what??? Ma'am you're already late!!! Definitely would not visit ever again. I went right on down to Sigman road!
Poor customer service. Waitress did not want anyone to eat in. She kept telling people the wait was long but there wasn't many people in there. We sat at counter, ordered our food. When it was ready, she told us we couldn't eat it there. We left without the food. We will never be back.
The West Avenue location in Conyers in ON IT! They're always friendly and efficient, and the food tastes great.
The food is relatively consistent but the service is hit or miss as far as quality. You always have to wait for your table to be wiped down, the place is usually dirty. Server's are generally friendly.
My husband and I are WH fans. Today after church we decided to go to a different WH. Location West Avenue in Conyers. The worst experience ever. Our order took forever. Mind you, what we ordered today is what we normally order at the other 2 WH we usually go to. We get our steaks finally but without the items they were to go with. My steak was supposed to be medium. Just medium. I asked our Waitress Connie if its medium and she said it was. I cut it up and nothing. No pink anywhere. Mind you, we are still waiting for my husbands eggs, hash browns and toast. Along with NY sausage grits bowl with bacon and ham. 10 minutes later my husbands remaining items arrive. His hash browns are so hard on the bottom. He couldn't cut it. His toast was burnt with lump of butter on it. Not melted. I am still waiting for my grits bowl. 6 minutes later it comes. All though my order minus the steak type being correct, it was good. Unfortunately we will never venture back to that Waffle House. If that was my first WH experience, it would've been my last.
Food wasn't bad but the service was definitely not up to par ???

It was cold.as.hell.in there..But the Service and Food was Exceptional...
I did see one person wash there hand one lady look over size not sure if she on power so For me I give this waffle House a zero they have 10 employees one on the grill one trying to figure out what he’s want to be man or a woman another when she wants to cook the waffle but she’s not for sure how to Pour it the manager is sweeping the floor can’t find a drain one young lady to change the crash register out but not for sure she want to change it for money or paper the other employees storms at the door the other two employees I’ll Washing Dishes nobody is starving the customers not one person‘s so I left
