Waited in line for 40 min only for them to take one order.. frm my grandson and left me standing there for another 15 min total one hour for a smoothie… HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.. Does not give lobby customers updates concerning time.. employees concerned with filling app and Door Dash orders.
Worst service ever every time we come here. Ordered two bottled waters. Was handed two cups of tap water. Got charged $1.99 each for bottled waters. Nobody can refund the money without a manager, who isn't at the store. The cashier wasn't helpful. The service at this place is horrible.
I frequently order off the app. Something has been wrong with my order on more than one occasion. They don’t answer the phone and it’s not easy to request a refund. I really want to like this location, but they keep dropping the ball
I had never heard of this place. Someone in my doctors office recommended it. Great experience each time I've been. The prices are soooo reasonable and it always smells amazing in here. Can't wait to try their food. Their smoothies are everything! I get the avacado-lota... amazing
I WILL NEVER ORDER from here again!! I ordered my food online. When I get there the line is long. I go to the get my order that should be already done, I look and see if everything is there and I’m missing a smoothie. Then look in the bag the top is off of the food. I go up and say excuse me 5 times no one even looks our way or turns their head to assist. The rudest form of customer service I ever dealt with. The one should store should be shut down or extensive weeks of training their workers. If you are able to locate another one of these somewhere go to it but I would not patron this one and you shouldn’t either
They have the best smoothies. If you want to add a twist to a smoothie, someone there can give you recommendations and they never failed me.
Employees were talking about customers complaining about them not doing their job. Took forever to do our order when we were the only people waiting.tasted our smoothies and they did not taste the same that they normally do ended up throwing them away a waste of money one tasted like strawberry milk and the other tasted nothing like it normally does.
Delicious treat for me when I’m in town for work- I always order online and I try to order something different every time- my favorite is the watermelon mojito- can’t wait to see it come back! Friendly employees and I never have to wait !
Tropical smoothie usually takes a long time but today was ridiculous. Today I was in the store for 10 minutes and my order had not been taken. The employees were just not being productive. Someone walked in before I could place my order and went behind the counter and began fixing her own smoothies. I didn’t see her wash her hands and she was not wearing gloves. The other employees are preparing food with the same gloves they’re making smoothies with so it’s cross contamination. I guess she’s an employee but her fixing her own smoothies held up the paying customers that were waiting in line. She walked out with 4 smoothies and every customer was still waiting. After all that my smoothie is chunky and not blended well. I have to chew it!
Ordered a jerk chicken bowl and they put everything except chicken in the bowl and they NEVER answer the phone! If the employees would focus on the orders and not joking around then maybe they can get a simple order correct. Guess I now have to drive back to Conyers
