Poor service. Came though the drive through and they had me wait in mobile pick up spot for over 15+ mins sent my son in to check on the food. This is ridiculous everyone else that has came through the drive through left and has there food. All I ordered was 2 soft tacos 2 cheesy roll and 2 Doritos locos tacos it shouldn’t take this long. My son didn’t even come back out with food so I went back in to check on it. And ALL three employees gave me attitude oh and it’s my birthday. I am not happy at all.
Randomly closed inside half the time I go. No sign or indication of when or why- just a locked door and typically unfriendly directions (if any at all) telling me to get back in my car. So instead of benefitting from ordering on the app and picking up my ALREADY made food inside, I'm sent to wait in the much longer long drive thru line to receive my food after it's cold.
I am always displeased with this Taco Bell, I can never get my food with my drink and when I do I never get a bag. Who wants to have their sauce falling all over their car because I have nothing for the sauce to go in and then when I asked for mild the girl said you didn’t have anymore mild sauce. But she messed up and added one mild with the hot sauce. They always come out with a funky attitude. If you don’t like your job please get another one. And another thing how are you going to give us cinnamon churros without the cinnamon on it. For a new location this is the most ghetto Taco Bell I been to.
Quick fast and hot with a new building that ive only eaten at once. To be fair i dont know other than this one time. The chicken quesadilla and Doritos tacos were fresh.
Food was good, but dining area was rather dirty?. However, order kiosk worked well. Sorry, but those things are definitely great. Good bye to teenager's summer jobs!!
I would not go to this location until they have better management over the employees. The girl at the window was vary rude literally threw the bag of food at me. The tacos soaked through the bag and was coming through the wrapper. I asked for sauce and she got an attitude about that as well. All of the food was ruin the tacos fell apart and soaked in grease. It looked like it was done intentionally.it all went straight to the trash. Not worth wasting my time to bring it back and the way she acting I am pretty sure it would of not been handled professionally.
I tried several times with this location and my order is never 100% correct. Something is always prepared incorrectly or missing. The staff is hit or miss, sometimes friendly & sometimes rude when trying to get my order fixed. I ordered for delivery once for a taco and burrito craving pack and I received the order with no burritos in the bag. I ordered for pickup today a cravings box and two items from the box were missing. Just be sure to double check your order before leaving the restaurant.
I visited this location after initially not wanting to wait in Zaxby's line due to trying to get my daughter home from the hospital. I placed my order quickly cause their drive thru was empty, however when I got my food it was barely warm. I gave it three stars cause at least the customer service was good.
I come to this Tacobell bc it’s close that’s the only reason. But Im done after this visit. They are slow. They always pull you around when u order in the dt. I ordered 4 items which is not hard to make. It’s sad it’s called fast food for a reason!
Went through the drive through Saturday night about 8:30-9pm. And Loren, who was running drive through, was more then fantastic being professional on taking orders, cashing out, and bringing our food to us. With ONLY 2 ppl working the entire store. I was very happy with our service. And this lady deserves a huge raise or something. Hard to find good workers who actually care now of days like she did.
