Can someone help me understand what the hell is this? Placed an online order at 10:37PM which is well before 1AM closing time, to receive non satisfactory service and food. My order was incorrect. Ordered a beef toasted cheddar chalupa box to receive a chicken chalupa, the 5 layer beefy burrito was nothing but the flour tortilla which didn't come with the extra beef I paid for, the crunchy taco pic speaks for itself, the lemonade strawberry squeeze drink I ordered was not available, and they only could offer me hot or fire sauce. Needless to say this particular location sucks. If you're in the area, do yourself a huge favor by not wasting your money here...keep driving. I'm so thoroughly disappointed for the amount of money I spent last night. Ooooh let me rewind just a bit...10 minutes before receiving my online order, I was told there were no online orders in their system (keep in my the time I ordered), but my card was charged. I was in line at the drive-thru and reached order speaker by 11:10ish. I'm sure you can imagine how things went from there. Then they didn't give me a receipt.

The drive thru manager that was on the shift of January 24th was the rudest and most unprofessional person I have ever come across in a drive thru along with the associate. I ordered a number 8 and was give a number 3 when explained they were hell bent in saying I ordered the wrong thing but happily offered to make what I originally ordered and HAD A TASTE FORInstead I told them to refund me the money.. since I'm a " liar"you don't need my money. Im the customeri am always right. And you make 15/hr with no customer service. No gloves wearing unprofessional manager.
Plenty of staff plus manager. One car on cue. Very slow but staff was lethargic and seemed non caring. Sorry I ha e to give you truthful feedback.
Waited in drive through for 20mins pointlessly. Line moved just enough to get stuck in it smh
Good thing they only give you a tiny squirt of meat in their tacos. Probably made from dogs and cats.
Place was Nice as normal it can be. But the AC was very very Cold which made food getting cold in less than 1 minute. I am not sure about others but I don't like to eat Cold Food.. Hopefully the shift manager would take care of that...
Very slow. I’ve been waiting in the drive thru for over 20 min. When I got to the speaker to order, I wasn’t greeted for another 5 minutes. I ordered two items and waited for another 15 at the window. I think they might be understaffed. Insane.
Fast service this time. Last time i went it was a 20 minute wait in the drive through after placing my order.
Everything was fresh and they hooked us up with sauce.
