They closed the Subway near my work so now this is our go to Subway. This is, without a doubt, the slowest Subway in Georgia. If I see a line of 4 people, I will immediately leave because they will take a good 10 minutes to get through 4 people. A line of 6 or more? Don't bother. I like the manager and the workers, but they are so incredibly inefficient with how they do things that I have just given up with this place.Update: I timed my last visit. There were 2 people ahead of me and they had 2 online orders. It took exactly 25 minutes from me standing in line to paying. I think it was a total of 8 sandwiches before mine.

Experience at this location is usually always good, and I just was a little disappointed in the young man who could not hear me ask for mayo because he had an ear peice on listening to music while ringing up customers! What kinda new generation bs is that! In order to service a customer properly you have to be able to hear them so you can give them a good customer service experience.

It depends on which Subway. Both Subways need to pay attention to their bread. The one one on Sigman Rd.have a problem with their help and one on West Ave could be better. I had to bring sandwiches back to Sigman Rd and went West Ave.

Amazing employees, clean and good food. Employees always greeting me as I enter. Love this location!!!

I prefer this location. They always get my order correctly and fast.

Placed order on DoorDash, when driver got to the restaurant, they claimed they “never received my order” and refused to speak to me or fix the issue despite the dasher having the order directly on their phone in front of the subway workers. I spent $25 for lunch and they took the money and didn’t even give me my food. Freaking unbelievable. To say I’m aggravated is an understatement. They don’t respect their clients. I won’t be ordering here again.

Online order was not where it indicated it would be. From the time I received notification that my order was ready, it took another 15 minutes from the time I told an employee I was there to pick up. Priority was given to the customers standing in line.
