I only had to come all the way to this location because the 3 locations near me didn't participate in the Friday buy2 get 1 free deal (which by the way is stupid for so many locations NOT to participate in the deals that are broadcasted in emails sent to me). So I filled out the order online for 3 footlongs.. After putting in the order & waiting 30 mins later, I wasn't called/notified or anything that the flatbread was out of stock(which is the bread I chose for all 3 sandwiches). I only get subway for the flatbread, so I asked if another subway could be called to honor the deal since I already paid online for it. Then told since the manager wasn't there a call couldn't be made to another location to honor the deal. After waiting 30 mins & driving out to this location we had no choice but to get another option since the refund on the site would've been a while to go through & get.. I don't understand why employees can't contact another store asking if the manager could honor the deal or if they have the bread in stock to do it. It was irritating since the sandwiches were $22.. $16 with the deal but if I paid this much already y'all could at least have it made how I ask or even if another location can do it since I wasn't notified of the unavailable bread in time.

Worse Subway ever, the manager is never there and always 2 ppl working, well even it's 4 or 5 they still can't get it together for some reason..I always order on the app but that doesn't make me difference because they are not gonna have it ready when you get there even after waiting for a whole hour..I will not be using online or going in to order evee again

Placed a mobile order at 1:38.It’s currently 2:15 and my order is still not ready….This location needs more workers. ASAP.

Due to the great resignation there was only one employee working at this Subway and he was holding it down. He made sure to change out his gloves shifting between making sandwiches and transacting money. The line continued to move regardless of him being alone. If he is going to do the job of 3 employees, he should be paid more. I've been to other fast food restaurants in the area that had 10 employees and they still had people waiting 30 minutes or more. This subway guy was awesome and he should be paid accordingly, because without this solo performer, the store would have to close.

The service was not good, the young lady that made my sandwich seemed as if she was having the worse day ever. I was tempted to ask if another employee would just make my sandwich, but decided against it. My sandwich was made sloppy and none of the ingredients were put on evenly. I asked for my sandwich to be cut in fours but only the top piece of bread was cut. The inside was fairly clean other staff was decent and they have a drive thru, but I will not return to this location.

Very nice subway the best I've been too.

Poor customer service on Sigman Rd. Young guy was rude, silly, and immature. Had to beBring the sandwiches back due to hard bread. Had to stay there until the manager come to return the money.

Bread was fresh, the person making the sandwich listened and made it just perfect. Good food.

Worst subway ever. The Manager made an executive decision to make my pickup order with Baja Chicken although I specially asked for rotisserie. This sub almost sent me to the hospital. I have high blood pressure and cholesterol issues. When I called up there to inquire why she'd purposefully make my Sub with Baja Chicken, her response is there's nothing that can be done now. I felt so hurt and dismissed. Now I'm sitting here with spiked levels and an empty stomach. Businesses truly don't care about their customers and this subway reminded me of that tonight. I feel so sad now and I'll never come back here again.
