I ordered a subway melt the proper meat on a subway melt is 3 ham 3 turkey and 2 prices of bacon .. they only put 3 ham 2 turkey and she said that's how it come I know it was wrong .They have real bad customer service and also order 3 cookies they only gave me two and said I ate one I had 3 witness that told them they only gave me two never will go here again and sidebar I work at subway be their since 2008

Today was my first time going to this Subway location; I was unfortunately met with disappointment. Everything seemed like it was going to go fine; however, the service and attitude was awful. One of the workers were on their phone while completing orders. The sandwiches I ordered were skimp, so I asked if I could get just a little bit more on them; however, instead of admitting fault, I was told, "that's gonna be extra". Like.. what? There's literally 5 pieces of turkey on that sandwich. If I'm paying $7+ for a sandwich at least properly dress it. Save your money and visit another Subway location in Conyers. I recommend the one on Sigman Rd. or even West Ave. They will treat you better.

I ordered a single 6' plain turkey sub online for in-store pick up before going on my lunch break. My receipt stated my order would be ready by 1:05PM. I walked in & did not see my order at the online pick up station so I patiently waited for the woman who was checking a customer out to finish. Once she was finished, she looked at me a said, "You want a sandwich?" I said, "yes ma'am." she then started to put on gloves to make my sub. Before she could even put her second glove on, I stopped her & kindly said, "I actually ordered online." she then slams her hands down, looked at me, laughed & said firmly, "Are you serious?" Confused, I gently said, "No is there a problem?" I thought I had done something wrong. She responded, "Do you see anything over there?"(pointing to the pickup station). I said, "No, which is why I'm just waiting because I was informed to pick up my order at 1:05PM & it's now 1:10PM. she responded, "Well, I don't have anything for an online order. what's the name? because you must have the wrong store." I showed her my printed receipt & she confirmed I was in fact at the right location & started to make my sub. As she finished to make my sandwich, she rudely states, "I don't have any mustard, but I can give you some mustard packets." threw them in the bag & dismissing me said, "have a good one." This was the most disrespectful, rude encounter I've ever had with any business in my almost 31 years of living. This shouldn't happen at ANY business ever. It was uncalled for & beyond unprofessional. I will not be returning to Subway anytime soon. Something HAS to & NEEDS to be done because no employee working at any business should ever treat a paying customer the way I was treated today. Pure disrespect. I also would give a 0 star rating for this location, but that's not an option.

Service tonight was TERRIBLE! The guy the lettuce when more customers came in and told me the customer I didn’t want to make all them sandwiches. He received a phone call before starting my sandwich and stood there and just talked for 5 minutes before he started making my sandwich. Put the phone on speaker on the sandwich board and put my sandwich paper on top to cover the phone why the girl still talk. Then started making my sandwich. His work/the sandwich presentation was horrible. I can not type it all. I had to coach him on everything. But I was to tired to go anywhere else. Let’s just say he’s very nasty, sloppy, and Unprofessional!!!!! I will not eat here as long as he’s working there. He’s the type that will drop the meat on the floor pick it back up and serve it if you don’t watch him. He’s young and careless, just there for the check.

The two young ladies that were working tonight 4/12/22 were amazing!!! Very friendly and fast service.

You would think with 3 people working, there would be someone to take your order. We stood there a waited and not one person said anything to us or tried to take our order so we walked out.

I’m so disappointed the only reason why I stay with subway is because of your sweet onion sauce it’s cheaper to make my own sandwich and I guess now that’s what I’ll do and buy the Paul Newman‘s sweet onion sauce and put it on myself I would never go to no other subway place or any place to get sandwiches except for subway because of your sauce and now you’ve went and ruined it and put teriyaki in oh who does that

I came in last week. The manger her self didn’t have a good attitude and when I walked in she was playing with a employee. I got a tuna sub, my bread was stale and not fresh at all, the lettuce looked bad, and the spinach was soggy and had other vegetables in it, the tomatoes was rotten, and the cookies looked old and burnt. Would not eat here again!

I made an online order for this store and arrived ten minutes after it was supposed to be ready. When I got there my order wasn’t ready. They said they were out of one item that was supposed to be on my sandwich. That’s fine, so I tell them what to substitute it with. Keep in mind I’ve already paid for my order as I ordered ahead online. And I still had to wait 30 minutes for them to complete my order. What’s the point of ordering ahead if you are not taken care of and the order is not completed? Ridiculous and a waste of my time.Edit: they also got my order wrong and only gave me 6inch sub instead of the footlong I paid for. When I called to tell them they got my online order wrong that I paid for AHEAD of time and had to wait 30 minutes for in store, the female employee I spoke to had the worst attitude and did not even offer to remake my sandwich or anything. And even though I had an order that I already paid for and was waiting on, she said that they had to take care of the customers in the store first that hadn’t ordered or paid yet.What is the point of online ordering to get your order ahead of time if they do not care? Terrible franchise.Terrible customer service.
