Went for coffee ☕️ and something to eat for breakfast.I went in and ordered. The drive thru was fuller than full. I rather go in and see what's &new talk to people especially after this pandemic is still on but I must get a Starbucks ?They were out of some of my favorites but service was fast.Everything was great and I wish I had time to sit down in there.I hope soon to visit a Starbucks Reserve coffee shop.There is one downtown and I know that I will love ❤️ it.I'm a London fog latte with almond milk person.The Starbucks ? I went to had no Almond milk and no egg bites.That is my favorite go to order.Apparently, I'm not alone in loving those 2 items.
Good service, fast and friendly. Good size shop with plenty of indoor seating and some outdoor seating available as well. It was very slow on my visit so was assisted quick. Located in front of shopping strips so plenty of available parking by and near. Semi-clean inside, could have been winding down from a rush so clean up in process maybe. Recommend a visit if in need of some java and a pastry.
This Starbucks always has a friendly person on the microphone taking the orders. The drive through moves along quickly. We will definitely continue visiting this location. Keep up the good work.
Has definitely gone down hill. I always order ahead and arrive 5 minutes after my order should be ready and I always have to wait another 10-20 minutes. I kick myself every time I give this store the benefit that they have improved. Their attitude is that they don’t care. No way these employees deserve Starbucks pay.
This Starbucks works so quickly and efficiently to get your order out, it's unbelievable! The line in the driver through was too long for me to wait in before I had to get to work so I decided to go inside. We were able to get our drinks incredibly fast (no longer than a 5 minute wait), but I noticed I could've stayed int he drivethrough because the car I would've been behind had just gone through the window! All of the baristas we're incredible and really made the experience feel all the more welcoming. I can't wait to visit again honestly, never experienced a Starbucks as efficient as this one.
I wasn't a routine coffee drinker, but I had a meeting with a client at Starbucks. I wanted a sweet drink, something that would give me energy, nothing strong. When I first went to the counter, I was the only customer, so I didn't feel the need to rush. The young people behind the counter were so nice; they encouraged me to take my time. Since I don't usually go to Starbucks for coffee, just meetings, I never looked at the menu. I was shocked at the multiple choices; my thoughts were to skip the coffee and just get chips. Before I could change my mind, the server asked me if I had any questions. Of course, I did, but now a group of people walked in. I turned to walk away. The server asked me if I changed my, and I stated I didn't want to hold up the line. He stated hold on a minute; he asked another server if he was available to help the group; then, he returned to help me. I told him my likes, and he allowed me to try samples. I end up buying 3 cups of coffee (different favors). Now, I am hooked.
Excellent customer service! My honey stopped by with me in tow to get me a coffee. He knows that I had a rough morning, so he figured that he'd make it all better by taking me to Starbucks. It doesn't take a lot to make me happy.
The drinks were good. My star rating is the service. We waited 30 min for 4 drinks. When we arrived the drive thru was busy, but not inside which is where we ordered. We observed employees talking to one another while stopping working. I knew right away that this store was under poor management, 7 employees on the floor and not one acknowledged for several minutes.
I placed mobile order for an in store pick up. When I arrived, the door was locked with employees inside and they just stared at me while chit chatting then told me to get in line at the drive thru. The reason why I placed an in store pick up order is so that I wouldn’t have to wait in line at the drive thru for 30 minutes. This is seriously one of the worst starbucks in the metro area.
I'm sad to say my experience with this Starbucks was below average. Went inside and waited in line behind 2 other people. They got their stuff and left while I'm still waiting at the counter to give my order. I felt like I was invisible. I didn't get anyone asking me if I wanted to order nor came up to me and asked how can they help me. Like yall were busy yea but why was everyone waited on except me. Did not appreciate that. They need more customer service training
