Ordered in the app for pickup and they would not let me in the store to pick up my order. Forced me to wait in line at the drive through for 15 minutes to pickup the order which was already completed and made me late for work. Makes NO sense
I’m posting this 1 star review because today was the second weekend in a row (todays Saturday) I’ve gone to this Starbucks later in the day around 7 pm and was told NO Frappuccinos available …last week was a Sunday around 2 hours before closing I was told NO Frappuccino’s OR Machiotto .. only things I could get was a refresher.. not sure what’s going on with this store but was really disappointed this happened two weeks on a row ..will try another store next week
The store was pretty much ordinary except for one thing. The cashier was extremely friendly. I could see her smile even though she wore a mask. Made my day.
Never go to this Starbucks if you're in a hurry, not even if you order ahead. Great place to seat down and meet up. At least this time, my beverage was on point. I had the caramel crunch twist its so delicious.

The Hibiscus Dragonfruit Lemonade Drink was amazing. They ran out of Danishs, but I will be back in a few months. This location is normally spot on with service & customer satisfaction

Internet is beyond slow. All other services and staff are Perfect, but internet is more important to me while sipping my coffee and trying to work.
