What type of sonic only does drive through! Just when I think they can’t get any worse! Sonic is really starting to go downhill either the slush machine down all week, they out of certain foods, or they don’t feel like walking out to your car to provide one of the main services sonic is known for! Oh and on top of that after waiting in the line for 15 minutes they also stop doing grilled chicken AT THIS location!!!
We ordered dinner tonight, and we got left overs from last night. The tater tots tasted like they had been refried, my grandsons chicken strips were so dark and dry we had to throw them in the trash and the bun on the burger was rock hard, we had to use buns we had in the pantry and even then the burger tasted old. We threw away 80% of our food. Shame on you for serving food that a dog wouldn't eat.
No one would ever take our order until we got int the drive thru, order incorrect, coney was so bad it was inedible, my oreo cheesecake shake which was my 4th choice bc they were out of everything else, did not even have anything in it, it was ice cream with whipped cream didn't even have a cherry and the phone number gives you a message that the voice-mail is full. Disappointed and will contact corporate.
I rarely leave reviews for restaurants because I don’t know what’s going on inside the restaurant. But this SONIC is the worst location. The service is really bad, and almost always childish. They almost always get my order wrong in some way, shape, or form. The food is never fresh, the tater tots are often cooked in old oil or they are undercooked. There is a SONIC about 5 miles down the road and I may start going there instead of this location. If I could give this zero stars I would.
This is the chicken I paid $8 for! It’s so dry and over cooked! On a good note, my dogs would still eat it! Never again, I’m done with that place! It used to be good and fresh food but no longer!!
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This is the worst sonic location I have ever encountered. I spent 20 minutes for them to bring out my food which was a hot dog and tots and two shakes. The tots were almost cols, they weren't even warm. The hot dog bun was sogg, I don't know why. ? Then I asked for ketchup, I spent 8 minutes waiting. They never brought it out. I pushed the button and asked for the ketchup and they told me they were only accepting drive through. I explained I already got my order and just need ketchup and they ignored me. I presses the red button again and she said the same thing. Only accepting drive through. I went through drive through, 3 cars ahead. Terrible customer service, terrible food service. Just absolutely unacceptable. The managers Daquan needs to step up his team this is pathetic.
This place is so disgusting one time I had hair in my food. Then another time our card wasn't working so we went all the way back to the house to pay for the food when I walked up to the window no one but one person had gloves on. None of them were wearing hair nets. The cook was rubbing all over himself and then he touched the food. And you can always expect to be waiting for your food a long time. We're almost all the time eight times out of 10. Also the cook was the first one to see me instead of him asking me what I needed he stayed on his phone looked at me and then got back on his phone.
No Oreo blast in stock, ordered chocolate chip cookie dough and there was pieces of snickers in it..... then asked for whip topping out of it too... seriously?????very disappointed to pay over 9.00 for these.

You would think I’d learn…. Food is always cold ice cream machine is always broken workers have the absolute WORST ATTITUDE!!! Always in their phones not paying attention to customers and total disregard for food safety. I know what I’ll be doing on Monday calling the health inspector for the county hopefully they get a surprise audit because this is a disaster waiting to happen never again!!
