I tried to use the app for the rewards Smoothie King offered. The app had a BOGO available, so I made sure the reward was activated. But when I went to check out the app took away the coupon and charged me full price. The manager EBONY told me I can not get a refund and she’s not going to cancel my order or discount my smoothie. I order from Smoothie King every other day. I won’t be returning. DO NOT TRUST THE APP REWARDS. If they make a mistake they will not correct it. And don’t go to this location. It’s plenty of smoothie places around this area with better customer service. I drink smoothies everyday, so this was such a disappointment. I definitely feel scammed.Yes , I’ve already filled out the survey for a complaint. I just want others to know about my experience. The short girl with the black and blonde hair say that this is not the first time someone came in with the same problem.
Walked in at 8:11… 3 staff members were working. Two were cleaning and one was making a smoothie. I stood there until 8:16. No one said one word to me. The girl mopping looked up, made eye contact with an unwelcoming disposition and then said absolutely nothing. I walked out. I refuse to patronize businesses with POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I ordered a smoothie with the intent of using one of my rewards. At the time I had 4 on my app. When the young lady rung me up she used three. I tried to tell her that she did and she said she did not. She rung the order again and used the 4th one. I ask to speak with a manager. No way of contacting her, did not know when the manager would be in the store, did not know how to correct the error even after I showed her my account history. I down too much money at Smoothie King to have all my rewards used up on an error. All I want is my earned rewards added back to my account.
I read all the reviews, and all I can say is.... STELLAR!! I love the new look from the old pictures I've seen and I love it! The customer service was great! They were so patient with me as I was trying to decide what to order and they suggested the "Pineapple Surf", it was delicious! I will definitely be back! Keep up the great work guys!!
Terrible customer service! Attitude is all I got from young girl! No sorry at all no let us make it right! Just attitude and lies! I order the same smoothie every time so I know what it’s suppose to taste like! And mine was terrible!! Won’t ever be back. I’ll take my business to tropical smoothie instead! Thanks for taking my money and not making it right! What happened to satisfaction guaranteed! Guess that’s a lie too!
Smoothie no .. More like a chunky !!! Didn’t blend anything hardly I keep getting fat chunks in my straw horrible customer service and cup had smoothie running all down the sides YUCK
I just moved to the Conyers and visited this Smoothie King. I ordered my favorite smoothie Chocolate Peanut Power Plus and tasted nothing.. I mean nothing like the PPP I love. There was no flavor, it tasted like blended ice and milk. It was not smooth and creamy.First and last visit.. do better making at home.
I come to this location often because I work in the are. I usually place my order on line and the staff see me walking up and have my order ready. The staff always super friendly!

manager from september 10 had a terrible attitude & made terrible smoothies. i asked politely for a remake because the smoothie she gave me tasted like water with powder in it & she refused to remake it & tried to charge me for it. manager has terrible customer service
