My 1st time at this location & it was a good experience. Plenty of parking spaces & handicap accessible. Large dinning room & a nice atmosphere. There was no waiting and the waitress was very receptive. Customer service was excellent as was the food. The drinks were on point. They do give military discounts so that's 2 ??.... I would recommend this location for a nice evening meal.
I think our waitress was named Nessa. She provided really good customer service and was knowledgeable about the menu. I never had to ask her for a refill because she constantly came back to the table to check on us and refilled our drinks as she saw our cups getting low. She never waited for us to ask for anything that we need due to being so attentive. Our food was fresh and hot. Our check was $56; but went down to $36 because of the teacher discount I received which was definitely a plus.

Red lobster in Conyers needs to be removed from open table as I was told that they do not take open table reservations or any reservation. We were told that although Red lobster is on open table...when you get there they just put you in line in the order that you arrived with everyone else who has no reservation. That makes no sense. However I did speak to the manager and she was kind of enough to place us immediately this time. However moving forward she said they don't take reservations. so be aware

II wish I could give this a negative. I will advise anyone who's ordering soup from this place to NOT ORDER!!!!!! I placed an order for two bowls of soup and broccoli that was a total of 19.23 on 3/22/22. The soup was every bit of a cup when I paid for 2 bowls. I called the manager to discuss and she wasn't helpful in clarifying the minimum of soup that was in my container. I would be ok if I've never order from them before. but this was unacceptable. She didn't try to fix the order only defending the scoop they use to put it in the bowl. AGAIN.... They will not fix your order. She then told me to come back so she can show me the scoop they use. AGAIN I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THEM UNTIL THEY CAN GET THEIR MEASUREMENTS RIGHT!!!!
We ordered Red Lobster to go and all the food ordered appeared to be okay EXCEPT my dessert. The ICE CREAM arrived as soup to be poured over my brownies.
My son and I dined in at this location, only to be ignored by one of the servers. It took close to 30 minutes to receive my food. Moments later I tried to get the attention of the server due to her forgetting our drinks. She stated that she would bring them. After 10 minutes (and yes, I've counted), I noticed the server attending to other tables and socializing with other employees. Keep in mind, it was not busy and there were 2 other tables being served at the time. I walked over to her to remind her of my drinks. She stated that she forgot and would be right back. Another several minutes later, I had to go to another employee just to get my drinks. I don't take kindly to be ignored of service of where I frequently establish the place of business and spend my money!
