The worst delivery service I have ever used! They apparently use Door Dash drivers that have no clue what is going on. We waited three and a half hours for pizza that was still missing the toppings that were ordered... This was of course after they apparently lost our first order and had to bake it a second time. I will not be using Pizza Hut ever again. Opt for Papa Johns or Dominoes!
My order was completely wrong.when my spouse received it, it was cold and he had to wait 45 mins after the estimated finish time. When I attempted to call customer service I kept being hung up on and was unable to reach a live representative. I paid extra for my requested order and it is unacceptable that I was unable to receive it when it was blatantly listed on the receipt.
Tried to place an order and was told no wings were being served. Proceeded to order pizza and they hung up on me twice. Terrible customer service. Hopefully they under new management soon.
Do not order from this location. I placed a order online and payed. Upon my arrival a pizza hut employee said they did not have my order and it was nothing they could do. My money was stolen.
I can’t add any photos. Why? My pizza that I was charged for never arrived. When I called to find out what was going on no one answered. A couple days later I tried again, got hung up on, called back and waited 10 minutes for someone to pick up. When they did I explained what had happened. The person said “let me check” then immediately put me on hold and didn’t come back for 10 more minutes. I hung up. I’m insulted and will never order from Pizza Hut again…ever. I was left hungry, my money was stolen and my time was wasted.
This place is always out of something I think corporate needs to pay them a visit!!!! Every week they out of something!!
Our pizza was not fresh, was under cooked...ordered handtossed and pan, crust was very thin and sloppy. Breadsticks were good but sauce was not fresh.
The pizza was cooked just right and taste delicious, and I recieved great customer service.
Pizza crust was wer and soggy. Reps at the Pizza Hut took over 15 minutes to answer the pjone...then when I spoke with someone while meaning to put me on hold, hung up and would not answer again. I dont plan to ever order from here again, i have had similar issues with the same restaurant. Poor service and quality.
The service was great and the food was awesome too.
