I give reviews for restaurants all the time, so I'm serious when I submit one. I came here today to give a review of the Pizza Hut on Sigman Road because the service was excellent from the person I spoke to on the phone today to the driver. Plus, the pizza was cooked EXACTLY the way I like it! We've been having pizza from this location delivered to us for some years now and we've only had a couple of issues, but they were always apologetic and willing to make it right. That being said, I'm surprised that so many on here have had problems with them!
Definitely the worst pizza I’ve ever tasted.I typically never complain even when I have a not so good experience, however until they re-staff avoid this location.
What’s going on family today I had a very hungry day call Pizza Hut does a young lady at the front name KHAIRISMA And that’s tell you every time I come in there baby girl takes care of me she’s always Smiling her spirit is always on point no matter what she always say welcome common an come again an I Do just that # we need more ppl like that ?? ?
cheese stix was a little skimpy on the cheese and the stuffed crust was skinpy on chicken and bacon but tons of mushrooms and both still tasted amazing
Pasta was dry. They literally only put a little bit of sauce and cheese in the middle and it leaves the edges hard and dry. Every damn time. I don’t get my money’s worth and get 2 little scoops of pasta per tray. Also the trays of pasta are so small. I can go to Targets Pizza Hut and by the personal pan (for cheaper) and have 4 times as much pasta than what I had.
Food was delivered with a smile. Delivery driver made sure food was warm. Store made sure food wasn't over cooked. Thank you after a long day dealing with online work with my children I just wanted to get what I paid for and You delivered! Keep it up!
I ordered a pizza from pizza hut and was cold and dry, the crust taste like card broad, I'm from Chicago and I'm not use to this kind of pizza, NASTY FOOD!!!!??
Quick food ready when they said and good customer service even though they were young.
The website was difficult to navigate I couldn't order a multi pizza special. So I called the restaurant and was on hold almost 10 minutes. This pizza Hut is not a high volume store. Could get my call answered, couldn't navigate the website. Used Domino's website easy peasy 86$ worth of pizza, salad, & lava cakes. Lost that sale!
Delivery service cancelled and had to make carryout after order submitted BUT store did compensate and gave us pizza for free. Good customer service Strongly Agree-
