This location has gone downhill!2 of the last three times we’ve ordered from this location… including this order that I’m writing this review on… the order has been delivered wrong!And I get it, they’re using DoorDash… but that still reflects them when they’re outsourcing to them.Order 2 pizzas. 1 is correct. 1 is incorrect… because it isn’t even for our address. So that means that not only has our order been incorrect these two times, but someone else has received the wrong pizza! Not only that, but this order was actually missing an item!And then the pizzas are even completely cut… which is COMPLETELY on them!You call, hit the talk to a manager key… and you’re on hold forever! You call and hit the place an order and it isn’t okay Gen anyone with the freaking store! It’s a freaking call center!Looks like it’s about time to deal with the Dominoes next door or the Pizza Hut across the street!

On 5/26/22 I went to pick up pizza for my class's party. They said it would be ready at 11:45 a.m., but it wasn't. I was in the drive thru and they asked me to get out of the drive through for the next car. Instead I parked because no one made the driver ahead of me get out of the drive thru as I waited. When my pizza was ready no one told me it was ready. I just happened to go inside and it was on the rack ready. No one was going to even tell me. Whoever the manager was, she was not doing her job well.

This place is terrible!!! Orders are always incorrect and for some reason no one knows how to figure out how to help. Literally anyone I know who has ordered this plac, has an issue. Not only are my orders incorrect but my food is thrown on the ground and my box damage. And to add insult, when my orders are incorrect … I am offered a store credit. Why would I want to store credit from a store with incompetent clearly employees. Just go to Kroger and pick you up a frozen pizza, you’ll save yourself a headache and hassle.

Get there at 9:13… the first crew member finally decided to say something at 9:24… and I finally get to talk to the manager at 9:33. At this point it’s already been nearly THREE HOURS since we originally placed our order. Asked for a refund since it would probably be well after 10pm had they remade the order. On top of that, there was probably 30 orders sitting there waiting to be delivered and there was an additional 6 other ppl in there while I was there complaining about service! Looks like it’s about time to deal with the Dominoes next door or the Pizza Hut across the street!

Pepperoni and cheese Crust is out of sight! Who ever decided to do this needs a raise! It’s unbelievable. Highly recommend!

ordered my food to be delivered from them @9:17 didn’t receive my food until 10:20 from a doordasher. my food was so cold it felt like it had just been sitting outside. bread was super hard also. called the store immediately @10:22 about 2 managers said it was gonna be remade & sent back out. it was just delivered back to me @11:10 still once again freezing. my seals for the boxes weren’t even on all the way. will not be returning to this store again. ridiculous

I think they need to change the policy when it comes to being able to let a customer know the actual timers to allow for delivery. When you call and order you pay first then you find out how long for delivery. I ordered a pizza and was told 58 minutes its now 25 minutes late and still no pizza. On hold for and extended period of time to speak to a manger and no one picks up. I guess there is no such thing as taking a message and calling your customer back..I left Marco's for poor customer service now this. I'm going to try Johnny's next.

If I could give a zero I would. Ordered $60s in food only to have them never show up. I called to ensure driver had accurate change but got told there is nothing they can do with cash. That driver only carry a $10 bank.Just crazy!

Decided to order a pizza online tonight at 7:34pm and it’s currently 10:16pm still no pizza. Papa johns is gonna lose a loyal customer. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. FYI if you order from here don’t expect to get your pizza on time. They are always understaffed and will never try to compensate for their delays. Lately this papa johns has been the worse and I probably won’t order from here again in the future.

I've been trying to cancel an online order the last hour but these employees refuse to answer the phone. Then finally 45 minutes later someone answers but sits the phone down. If you dont like working here then quit. If you don't like answering phones or dealing with customers leave you applied for the job not anyone else.
