I should have listened to the other reviews but I thought it would have been different if I chose carry -out instead of delivery. I was wrong! When I ordered, my confirmation said order will be ready in 15 min. I received a text message within that time frame that said pizza is ready! I went to another store first to ensure pizza would be ready with that extra time. Well, I get to papa John's and my pizza wasn't even made yet smh! I know I counted at least six workers in the store laughing and talking so I know there was time to make a pizza that was claimed to be ready already. They told me it would take only a few min. To make.... there was a nice employee that apologized for the delay and she made my pizza. Unfortunately, no one offered to give me anything for my inconvenience.

The night manager on 3/12/22 at this location has a nasty attitude. He doesn't know how to talk to people. We waited 2 hours to get food delivered to the hotel and never got it. Now it's after midnight and we have 2 hungry kids... thanks guys
This was the worst pizza I've ever eaten. I've actually cooked frozen pizza that was better than this. Idk what changed but this is not the Papa John's pizza I remember. Terrible.
I did not read reviews and indeed my order took over two hours to delivered and my 3 pizzas arrived cold.

Ordered a pizza and was told 45 min. It's been almost two hours and noone answers the phone. What a joke
2nd time there. Issues both times with me even placing an order.
Do not order from this papa johns. The delivery took over 2 hours. I had to go to the actual store front to pick the pizzas up and the manager did not want to issue a refund. Once he finally my issues the refund he proceeded to call his driver to tell him to turn the delivery around. It’s sad because papa johns is known for good customer service abs this place is beneath what the franchise stands for. Remember it starts with a management and obviously he doesn’t know what he is doing. I feel sorry for the staff.
