A nightmare manifest as a restaurant. The owners obviously do not care as the staff looked completely overwhelmed and the line is out the door. The real hours should be about one our less as they run out of food around dinner time. If you ever do reach the counter and get your food it will be stale. Absolutely horrible. I feel bad for the people that have to work here.
We love Panda Express and eat there all over the country. We were so excited when we moved into our home in 2018 and there was a location two blocks away. Problem; this is the absolute worst location. They are constantly out their most popular dishes (Pre-Pandemic and even worse after) in the afternoons and have never once got an order right with any of the delivery services, leaving out sauces, forgetting items, replacing items without notice because they are out. They desperately need new management. Really wish there was another location close enough to go to.
Absolutely disgusting and the worst Panda Express I have ever visited. The chicken didn't have any chicken inside of it at all. I was served a hard outer shell with no meat inside plus it seemed as if this so called meat was very old and cooked over and over again. Just an awful experience and a waste of $30.I want my money back !
I just went here today at 1:15 pm n there wasn't a line yet but I literally seen someone get more scoop of chicken then me like literally the girl guna try n lie about it after the guy didn't even give me a full scoop of chicken he skemp me out of a reg scoop , idk it's kinda messed up. Like u getting paid more to rip some off or something?
They dont possess everything on the menu. Twice ive been in there in the same week and each time no teriyaki chicken...then to top it off they cant make change!! Whats the point of being open for business? Your obviously here to just take from customers instead of serving our wants and desires... A peice of advice let the customer know that you dont have money to make change before you get to the register...do it b4 we order so we dont waste your products.
This was the worst Panda Express I've ever had. The noodles seemed old and were very bland. The teriyaki chicken had too much fat on it and was inedible. Never again.
One thing for sure, some of them enjoy taking to friends.from behind the counter.and given them a little more food.the wife and I was watching that.food was pretty good ?
Poor customer service and the food is not carefully prepared. The young lady that was working the cash register was rude.
Very dissatisfied I went at 7:45 and they were almost all out of food and said they weren't cooking no more because they stop cooking at 8 and when I pointed out it wasn't eight they just looked at me like I was stupid. I mean how do you run out of food before you close an hour and 15 minutes before closing. Poor management.
The service here is definitely going down. Yesterday around 3pm I made an order and the young lady asked if I wanted sauce, i told her to put it on the side. She told me they had no time to do that but there was only one person on line. She also threw my food on the plate and would not answer when i called her attention to this. I have been buying here since they opened. Very disappointed!
