We were dining inside and we were seated at 9:06 we didn’t get our salads and main course until 10:00pm the sever said she forgot to put our order in. When it came out the shrimp were dry and brittle and over cooked. So they gave me another one. Someone in my party ordered a sandwich with no mushrooms and got mushrooms. We waited an hour to be seated so our total time at the restaurant was 3 hours. We didn’t end up leaving until 11pm because of all of the waiting around just to get our checks. I have been to this location before but since the pandemic started I can see why there are so many bad reviews. The manager was able to comp the bill but if our server hadn’t been so absent minded we wouldn’t have had any complaints. The quality was a step above McDonald’s.
All 5 of these stars go to Brian our bartender and Lilly our waitress. These were hands down the best Strawberry Hennessy Margaritas! They were so good we went back to the bar later that day before Brian left. The food was great and the service was awesome. Lily was welcoming, always kept a smile, and made sure we had everything we needed. These days that's hard to find so I really appreciate it.Thanks
My family's last two dining experiences have been exceptional. The first visit was to dine in and we had a wonderful meal and fantastic service. Today is Mother's Day, I gave the mother's in my household the opportunity to chose take out for dinner. They selected Outback and the food was fantastic and curbside service was on time. The service was excellent.

1st time at this location and Nicole was the BEST. She is the BEST server I have ever had since moving to Georgia. I been here 8yrs and had ok service or good service and terrible service. But the service I had at this location was the BEST. The food was out quick and everything was Awesome. I will definitely be back
I sit at the bar ALL OF THE TIME!! They have the BEST bartenders. Very attentive and they remember my favorite drink AND meal every time. Alison is the bomb!!! If THEY feel my food isn't right, they send it back before I even get it. Love them!!
