The last two times I’ve gone they haven’t had chips. Then you have the owner or manager driving to another location to get chips at 4 in the afternoon. Also never any salsa in the salsa bar. The workers are decent people who do a decent job, it’s not their fault the owners of this franchise don’t care enough to keep it stocked with ingredients as it should be. Moe’s should take away their right to this franchise they’re giving them a bad name.
I'd write a review about the food, but I never actually got the food. Put an order in on mobile. When I got there, the 10 people standing around was a solid indication I wasn't going anywhere anytime soon. App said ready in 15 minutes. 45 minutes later, I asked to cancel my order. My order was stacked behind other orders waiting.If you can't get out orders on time, stop taking orders. Never got an apology for the 45 minutes of my time wasted.Update: was never actually given a refund. reached out to moes corporate, who was also zero help. told me to dispute the charge with my bank.
The food was good the only concern I have is why isn't the staff wearing hair nets while dealing with food.
CLOSED often due to a shortage of staff. Gnats around salsa bar with salsa left open. Please put tops on salsa and veggies when not serving. Online ordering always turned off. Please turn on online ordering at least until 30 minutes before you close...Not convenient and possibly not sanitary. I used to prefer Moe's but I go to Chipotle because online ordering is turned on usually.
Do yall even read the orders that yall get? My mom and I ordered two separate bowls. Tell me why yall decided to combine both of our orders into one bowl??? And didn't even give us our chips for our queso and didnt give us our chips and salsa. What's the problem Moes??? Very Disappointed

Conyers is struggling. The customer service at nearly every restaurant is sub par at best. Came into this Moe's an hour before closing and they were out of almost all the toppings and there was no attempt by the staff to remedy the situation.
So yummy. Cheaper than Chipotle and bigger with better portions
I was in the Conyers area visiting, called Moe's and could not getanyone to even answer the phone to even take an order. Changed my desire to even try them.
