My husband ,and I just left the McDonald's on Salem road... The young girl taking our order acted like she had issues... Rolling her eyes ,and just acting like she didn't want to take our order.. ... After repeating my order, my husband grabbed my arm ,and we walked out.. he said no one was going to treat us like where the scum of the Earth.. and that's exactly how we were treated!!!
Staff are nice. Food is usually warm when you get it. Curbside just takes forever even when they aren’t busy. Would suggest going through drive thru or inside.
Drive-thru was fast considering the time of day. The burger was cooked well & was hot. The French fries were cooked perfectly, not over cooked or hard. They were seasoned wee & served hot. The tea was sweet. I enjoy my meal.
Breakfast at Barneys was great. The atmosphere is pleasant and the food is great. Our bartender Keke made us feel comfortable
I had an Uber eats Oder placed an hour in advance here and they canceled it as soon as the delivery window exceeded the time. If I had known before now I could’ve still had lunch, but now I do not have time. I have never had this issue before, out of any business on any delivery platform. Thank you so much McDonald’s on Salem, you have truly ruined my entire day.
I was grabbing a bite & got there just in time for breakfast. The mgr waited on me & was very nice. She ran a smooth friendly place. It was decorated for valentine's which was so nice.I had a wonderful sausage, egg, cheese McMuffin & one 4 my husband. ? Hit the spot !!
This is the worse location I’ve ever been to! We ordered after 7:50 PM for curbside pickup. It’s after 9:10 and no food. We’ve been waiting for a refund, but the staff are too incompetent to even make fries. They were behind the counter arguing and eating food. The manager did not take responsibility. There were other people who also were waiting over thirty minutes for their order. People who went to the drive thru received their food, but not us. The employees all had attitude, and the white woman who was the manager on duty didn’t take responsibility for how bad the service was.
service time was ok for the amount of cars they had on drive thru. They put so much salt on our fries we couldnt eat them
For the Quarter Pounder to be cooked to order it's not hot. I wish they would do them with lettuce and tomato.
I had a terribly experience at McDonald's Not to mention the restaurant's bathroom is very unsanitary, And the customer service is horrible especially if you're Ordering for the fast food line drive thru..... I wouldn't recommend going during the hours of 11:30am-6pm....
