Fast Food Burgers Coffee & Tea

This is the best McDonald's in Conyers. The staff is polite, courteous and although it's always busy they manage to keep the line moving in very timely manner. I don't go to the other one here because it is the total opposite of this one. It's worth the extra drive and distance to get good food and courteous service without worrying if they are trying to pocket your change like the other one on West Ave frequently does!

This location is well ran. The Drive-Thru can (and will) get congested to a slow pace between 12-3pm daily. But the staff is fairly quick and will get the order correct 90% of the time which is great considering most of the staff is under 23 yrs of age. Kudos to the management staff. I recommend you downloading the McDonald's app and linking your credit card to it so when you order at the drive thru machine (let them know you're using your reward points, give them your drive thru code next to the bar code) it automatically take payment and all you do is get your order. Super easy peasy ordering process. This location has the Best Sweet Tea. Some locations I think (in my opinion) use coffee to make tea. If my tea has a hint of coffeey after taste then something is wrong. I get hot fries majority (90%) of the time at this location. Thats a win in my book.

How can you mess up a simple fish sandwich. One thing we expect from franchises like McDonalds is consistency with a level of quality, unfortunately they missed the mark all around. Is the expectation for French fries that are not only crispy but hot too much to ask? I do believe a robot could have delivered a better meal.

They handled my order quickly. I went to this location after dealing with a BK issue. No one is expecting much out of the food but atleast having a decent customer service experience was nice after what I had just gone thru.

There were two obvious bite marks on my son's burger. The manager acted like I was making it up. Told me she had to "see" it. So, I got back in my car, drove back to the store. I'm in a wheel chair AND it was raising. I wouldn't be making it up or go through the trouble of coming back for a $1.50 burger, parking getting my wheelchair out the car and roll into the lobby- not an easy thing to do. She still acted Ike I made it up. She asked me what I wanted her to do- "do you want your money back?" I said, No- I'm sure my sin would rather have his dinner...She made a new burger and gave him a free fry- but it was awkward and I feel she should have addressed the issue better.

NEVER AGAIN! My wife and I stopped at this location to order a couple of Chicken Biscuits and Hashbrowns for breakfast. We waited at the register for approximately 5 minutes when a member of the managerial staff shouted "if you don't want to wait, use the kiosks!" No problem, we wanted a receipt so we continued to wait.Around the 8 minute mark a lady from the managerial staff approaches the register and says "may I take your order?" I began to tell her our order when she cut me off mid-sentence and snapped "you have to order that at the Kiosk!" I replied that we wanted a receipt. She barked back "order at the Kiosk, then come back here and I will give you a receipt!"That, in my opinion, is totally asinine! We are at the register, why not take our order and give us a receipt? We were willing to wait patiently at the register only to receive this type of treatment? Mind boggling!I did not get this individual's name. However, she appeared to be Hispanic with gold highlighted hair and wearing a lilac shirt with dark slacks. My wife and I walked away in disgust and made our way over to Cracker Barrel. At Cracker Barrel, we were treated with dignity and respect and enjoyed a great meal!Never again at this McDonald's!

The customer service displayed by the three people listed below was unprofessional, rude and inappropriate. The individuals in question were one of the managers on duty (working the 1st drive -thru window), along with the two young ladies (working the 2nd drive-thru window . One had long braids and spoke with a heavy accent, the other one had a deep raspy voice), all three employees presented a negative attitude and was very unprofessional. Here is what actually happened. I pulled up to the first window to pay. The lady asked if I had a Mcgriddle, I said yes. She then took my debit card and then gave it back along with my receipt. When I got to the second window, I noticed it was the wrong receipt. So I notified the lady at the window. She said ok, then she yelled back to the lady at the 1st window, to let her know there was a mistake with my order. I heard the lady at the 1st window say something, then there was laughter in the store. At that time the lady with the braids and heavy accent changed her demeanor and became rude and unprofessional. So, I asked to speak to a manager, the lady with the braids said, the lady who took your payment was the manager, so hold on, she will be hear (in a condescending tone along with the negative body language), by that time the second lady appeared (with the deep raspy voice) and said what's going on, so the lady with the braids said, he said this is not his order. So the lady with the deep raspy voice walked away, then came back with an unprofessional disposition and said you owe us more money. As I extended my hand to give them the debit card to pay the remaining balance, she then said nevermind, you got your food you can go (again the demeanor and tone was very unprofessional). At that point I asked for the store manager's name. They reluctantly gave me the store managers name. They said it was Ms. Sonya. I did let them know I would be filing a complaint due to the poor ,unprofessional conduct and service I received.I was very disappointed, saddened and frustrated to receive this type of experience from an establishment where customers pay for a serviceI would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The service seems to be deteriorating on a daily basis..

The manager act like she don't know how to delegate task. To many workers standing waiting on food while customers look confused at the counter waiting on service. Not everyone want to order thru a machine when they see workers standing around.

The drive thru lines are always long. I use the McDonald's app and pull up to curbside to order. Quicker. Also good deals on the app. Use curbside

Slowest McDonald's in the history of McDonald's. I will never return. And thry always have a line.
