Once again at this McDonald's on West Ave exit 80 off 20E Conyers, they always have No changes in there cash register, always want you to round off your changes to the Dollar amounts, the person at the register take the order, handled the money said she have No changes and want you to round off your change, then went over put up your order without washing her hand before doing so, so I told her I do not want the food anymore and would like to get my money back, then it take 15min for me to get my money back, for that reason I would not go back to thief McDonald's store, employees always seam to talk too much, managers don't care for people spending there's hard working money to get food and have walkout with it, this store need new managers
This is the sorriest, pottiest, most unprofessional McDonald's ever!!!! I go to get replacements for 4 lrg Hi-C oranges because they taste like straight water. I tell them no ice #1. They give me ice. They replace that but it still tastes like water. The manager asked me to pull up and she would get some from the lobby because it has been watered down from the manufacturer lately. Only for them to bring out orange soda instead of Hi-C orange trying to trick me. So then I have to wait again for a full refund. At this point I have wasted $4 worth of gas! They owe me a whole meal. I hate this place.
The employees are not familiar with the system and do not place orders for the items that you want. Even when you are about to pay for your order, you cannot guarantee that your order will be correct. Manager is hard to reach with order complaints. Complimentary drinks or fresh fries are not given at this location, even if you are waiting a long time for your order. Also, almost a guarantee that if you are waiting for your food, it's cold and they will not replace it for fresh food.
The oatmeal was dry and cold, the coffee was just black, and the sprite was water. A hot mess. Too many people in one area near the drive through with no consistency on what I even ordered. Sad
Totally different restaurant since the last time I was here! 5 star service, chef, and food! Will be back! Courtney was our server she was absolutely awesome!!
Considering the customer volume this is one of the better ran locations. Employees are normally pleasant
This is by far the worst place I have ever been to! Management needs an adjustment. The employees here arerude and don't want to work. Please someone help this place be better.
Service here was great as always however this is the first time some of my items were missing. The two drinks and a McChicken I ordered weren't included in the bag and normally I would've gone back for them once I had gotten home but I was late getting off work and just wanted to be home. All in all not bad though. The rest of our food was hot and customization was met on the other items which was more important to me so I can kinda forgive $3 not being in the bag. I'll keep coming here but I might be checking my bag before I leave from now on.
It's always a mess here, the orders are typically long. And after sitting in the drive thru 20 minutes, expect to park 10 more before you get your food. I get it, they have times to worry about, or the corporate half comes down on them, but passing this misery on to the costumer is bad business.
Fast and Food was very good. Especially the coffee. It was early morning. Not sure of features??
