We recently moved to Georgia and this was one of our first nights out. My wife doesn't eat beef so she had the ribs but I'm a hard core carnivore so I got the biggest steak they serve. Everything was great and we couldn't eat it all so we had plenty to take home to eat the next day. I always like this place, but take a sweater, they have the AC cranked up to super chill mode
The Worst Longhorn In America.Mismanaged to the highest degree.We were seated and sat for 24 minutes before a waitress even came to see us.Finally a waitress named Brittany A came by and said “has she still not gotten y’all”. And immediately helped.Brittany A was the ONLY reason this review even got 1 star. She was amazing and needs to manage that place.The food was the worst I’ve had at longhorns in 30 years.Ribey sandwichBread was soggy, fries were cold and zero crunchBread was burnedWife’s firecracker chicken wraps were burnedJust absolutely horrible.I would recommend driving further and heading to Covington.The manager of this one needs to be replaced asap. I saw him having to go to 2 tables talking to mad customers and taking some burned wild west shrimp back.AVOID!!!!!!
The food was good expect I got 2 fried lobster tail and they both were like this! And order a rare 9oz filet and got it medium well. I usually have a great experience at this location, But this time it was not pleasurable at all. It was mothers Day so they were slammed at the same token I need my food to be cooked properly!!!! I am posed to be going back for my anniversary and now I am second guessing that!
We had a party of 14. Not an easy task! Not one thing was done wrong. Every meal and every drink was on time and delicious. The waitress was 100% on her game and amazing. Food is always consistent at this restaurant so always happy to eat at a Longhorn!
We were the last people to come in so everyone was finishing up their meals and leaving. The waiter took forever to speak to us. They walked past us so I had to stop them for service. Waited a while for the food to come out and the food tasted horrible. My stomach still hurts. We didnt even get the bread and butter that they usually hand out and some of the items we ordered never came out but showed up on our final bill. Also I ordered a berry drink and a nat started flying around it and landed it… I would not recommend anyone come here. The food tasted like it was fast food from a frozen bag reheated in the microwave. Save your money.
Today was a very trying, emotional day for us. We decided to get out & have dinner. The manager Alicia was the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! She had no idea we needed her warmth, hospitality and overall great customer service. Good ppl still exist.
Had a wonderful lunch there today. The salmon is the best anywhere! I don't know what they baste or marinate it in but the flavor is light and tasty, not overpowering like some places. The broccoli is always cooked to perfection! The only downside is that the restaurant was cold enough inside for me to have to wear my sweater, scarf and coat throughout the whole meal to be comfortable. Maybe it's just me since my dinner companion felt no need to do so. The food was well worth it though...always is!
I ordered my food curbside on 1/11/22. The wait wasn’t long once I checked in. I got the Parmesan chicken with fries & mashed potatoes. Everything was good EXCEPT the fries. They’re described as seasoned fries on the menu but mine were nothing near seasoned lol look like they were cooked in oil that needed changing. It was my first time trying this location kinda disappointed because of the fries but the chicken & customer service was great!
I love Longhorn Steakhouse! Service at this location is always exemplary. Food is always how and what I order. I highly recommend Longhorn for a great steak and dining experience.
Food was exceptional to say the least; however, the service was very underwhelming unfortunately. From my waiter spilling half of my wife's margarita and not bothering to clean it and they even stole a 10 dollar tip from me days later and claim to have lost the receipt.
