I have one question. What is the purpose of promoting hot n ready pizza when its not ready for you to pick it up? I got pizza at this location for my nephews birthday, wanted to surprise him at school with his class and i called 30 minutes before to verify that it would be ready. They never answered the phone after calling 3 separate times. When i get there the pizza was not ready so I had to wait , people was on they cellphones and everything. When i came back in to get my pizza all of a sudden everybody was doing they job and answering the phone because the owner was in there. I let him know outside about my experience. I kept asking how long would it take they would not give me an answer. The guy that took my order at the register was good. He did his job . I will never come to this location again. Its all about customer service and people still don’t understand that.
Wish I could give it a 0. First of all, they left my order just sitting next to their cash register instead of the heat portal they have turned on. Upon entering, the girl at the front was on her phone and the cook was sitting on the floor playing on his phone with gloves on! Second, they forgot my crazy sauce and I sent someone back to ask for it. Also, my card was charged for ranch only for them not to have any and didn’t even bother asking me if I was interested in receiving a different condiment. The whole order was cold, the pizza and crazy bread were oily and greasy!! The pizza cheese taste like plastic and the crazy sauce was soooo watery I threw it up. It’s very upsetting how this location represents little Caesar’s. Do not come here!
Pizza was raw- delivery didn't come, had to drive to and pick up my own delivery order. Contacted store and they replaced the raw pizza WITH ANOTHER RAW pizza!!! Was told that we were the only ones that had a problem. But they should have seen that the pizza was not cooked before it left the store. Will not be coming back. Spent over $70 on our order and gas to go back 2 more times..and still didn't get properly cooked pizza.
Not hot and ready at 5pm. Conyers ga location hwy138. Employees have no mask. Cashier eating, taking cash payments not washing hands before going back to remove pizzas from oven and cutting them. Back cook on phone while prepping food, went out back door came in not washing hands. Store backed up i left will not return
3 times I’ve been here after ordering online, getting the push notification and email and my pizza is not ready. Better yet it is not even cooked. I’m am here waiting for a order that was “ready” at 8:31. DO NOT GO HERE.
While everyone is focusing on pepperoni.... you get shorted on the sausage. Twice this has happened to me. Make sure you check your boxes before leaving. This is shameful!!!
No one had on a mask and the woman at the counter was in her phone and then asked how could she help me like I was interrupting her. And my order was sitting on the counter instead of in the warmer. AGGY!
This place is ridiculous. First of all i called and they put me on hold while they sat there and talked. I know because i sat in my car and watched once i pulled up. Then when i got inside they’re like “we on got no dough till 4pm” it was 357 so i said I’ll wait. Then i said can i just place my order then wait for it she says “can you wait for me to finish counting my drawer” and a lady yells from the back “ what she waiting on in the lobby Ain’t no guarantee it’s gonna be here at 4”. All while having this crazy look on her face like i can’t see her. Ma’am if you’re that irritated about making some pizza at a job that you applied for get another one.
Consistently the rudest, and slowest and most in considerate of any location I've ever been to. Do not expect to see anything EVER hot and ready, do not EVER expect an online order to be prepared on time, do not expect to see hair nets, pants pulled up or any hustle from employees when it is slow and you're the only person inside or whether there are 10 people inside ordering.
This location is horrible really made me not want Little Caesars ever again in life. Staff is very ignorant and not welcoming. Restaurant is dirty from the cash registers to the ovens that hold the food and the workers touching dirty register then to the kitchen never stopping to wash their hands. The food was horrible deep dish pizzas made wrong too dry and hard to eat bread sticks tasteless and full of oil. What a waste of $35 I will never go back.
