Who doesn't love some good Krystal burgers ? These were good ,and the service was extremely fast. All I got was burgers but I totally enjoyed them ! The lady at the window who may have been the manager was extremely friendly and appreciative of my compliments when I drove back around to tell her how good everything was and how quick the service was ;)
This place needs new management or a new GM. This place closes before time. The restaurant can have employees in there and they will ignore the drive thru and then when you drive to the window and blow they will sit right there as if they do not hear you. This has happened at least 4 times just to myself. So I know it is happeneing more. It be a line full of cars and they will ignore until everyone pull off. I'm not sure who the owner is but he definitely need to check on his business because he is definitely losing money. The storage where the food is kept outside in the parking lot is never closed it just wide open. It is ridiculous.
Pulled up on a Sunday at 1:20pm was 2 cars in front of me in the drive thru. They would not take a order I pulled around to the window after sitting for 15min seen workers but they would not take a order. This place is most likely has sorry management I'm sure. I will not be back to krystals they have gone down hill. And yes I did email corporate about this. How can a company make money when they have stores like this that will not even take a order during Business hours. Feel bad If this is a franchise store. Also was 10 cars in line when I finally pulled out alot of money they could have made.
I just experienced the best customer service from Ray at Krystal’s in Conyers on highway 138. Keep up the great work. You are appreciated. I wish it was more people like you. Great example of what excellence looks like ????
Came here for a quick lunch. Walked to the counter ordered not only was the person taking my order not happy she wasn’t professional @ all, the manager is walking around in the back while the staff is cutting up playing, cussing etc. my food took 15 min to get to me. All the while the manager looked on. I do not recommend this place due to the lack of direction this place has. It’s a free for all with the employees & my food was cold and not cooked all the way. Maybe this is why most Krystal locations are closing.
This is pretty terrible. I have seen people leave asking for refund. I have seen one person leave without any food. There are people here that ordered 40 minutes ago that are still waiting. I ordered 4 Krystal’s and 1 chili cheese pup 2.0 minutes ago and I’m still waiting. Pretty soon there won’t be any customers left to serve. This is extremely poorly run.Update. We are up to 25 minutes and I am going to leave without food. Having paid $7.86 and leaving with nothing.
Ordered in the dining area. After waiting for our order for 30 minutes, we were told they were cooking the hamburgers. After another 20 minutes, we were told they only had enough chili for one order. I got the chili, husband got the fries. After another 10 minutes, they brought our food. The burgers were reheated, not just cooked. The chili bowl was half full. I had to go to the counter to ask for crackers. The chili had so much salt in it, I could not eat but a couple of bites. When my husband went to inquire about our food, one of the female employees was playing on her phone. This will be our last visit to the Conyers, Ga. Krystal.
My daughter and I stopped by to get a breakfast bowl, they were out of grits. So, we decided on something else. Let's just say between the attitudes and the cold food, I won't be back. SmhAnd we waited about 10 minutes to get cold food.
I've been visiting this Krystal's for about 2 years. Everytime I went there when two big black ladies were there the food was exceptional (this is not humiliating them I wish I knew their names). I speak specifically to the breakfast. The grits was always hot, not watery or gritty, and the sunrisers were all hot. I don't know if there is a shift change or not, but it's sad that in my mind I've began saying if the two big ladies are not here today, the breakfast is going to be horrible. Like clock work it never fails to be true. This has happened literally about 6-8 times (actually more than this). This is not an exaggeration at all.There has been times where the grits was so watery that I could drink it down like slush. There have been times where the grits was very gritty like sand. It literally looked as if they got some hot water and grits and mix it quickly (possibly with an old batch). There has been an instance where I went all the way home and tried to re-cook the grits and placed a little butter in it to soften it up...and it still didn't work. I've been to different Krystals across the state of Georgia and this location in Conyers is the only one I have this issue with (I'm sure you're not the only one).I'm fully cognizant of work loads, staff shortages, and a whole list of things as I've worked in the food/restaurant industry before. I suggest the staff cooks the grits and breakfast they'd want someone to serve them that is wholesome. Consider doing some training refreshers.I said I'd give Krystal a chance again on 1/26/22. I ordered 4 sunrisers and a drink. I literally parked 5 seconds in the parking lot next to Krystal to eat breakfast. The bread, eggs, and cheese were all cold. Whether it was close to breakfast time being over or not customers ought to have hot food. I went back on the line this time. Well of course I was told breakfast was over and if I wanted Krystals instead. I gave them back 3 of the sunrisers and was given 3 Krystals. When I went back on the line I also witnessed customers giving their orders back as well. I ordered within 12-15 mins before breakfast was over.Most of the times I don't go back because of how angry I got and I have to make my way to work. I usually don't like to give reviews. I empathize with those who work in this industry especially during the pandemic. Nevertheless this has been an ongoing issue and I'm tired of being dissatisfied because of the service. Last but not least, staff should not have folks waiting for 10-15 mins at the speaker and say nothing. This hasn't happen on above date, but has happened before. Please work on serving hot quality food and giving service without a bad attitude.
