Came inside to order young girl with long braids customer service skills sucks,I ask for the big chicken box said I wanted macaroni and potatoes,she was trying to say it only comes with 1side,I'm like no it comes with 2sides she wasn't paying attention tried to ring me up for a 3piece that's not what I asked for,I asked for another combo she said it doesn't come with a drink,(which it did)I come here enough to know what I was ordering compared to her who I'm assuming just started working there idk also I ordered all crispy chicken I still got all original also along with dried up hard biscuits but I blame my chicken being wrong bc if she didn't have a attitude she would've rung it up right.but luckily the manager came and helped fix my whole order over without any attitude I want to thank her do much
We were in the drive thru w/ one car behind us. Not one person (customers) inside the restaurant. But we had to park & wait. Chicken was HORRIBLE ! Wonder when the last time they changed the oil they cook it in. It was cold & dark brown in color. DEFINITLY will NOT be back.
No Impressed! Had to pull up and park... Wait 10 mins and order missing items, missing drink, no condiments, then... Assured we have what we ordered... And Boom get home... And we don't... I shoulda checked... Now my kids are looking at me mad because they now have to take my food and they wanted what they ordered. ??♀️ Guess I shouldn't be eating this late...
I don't know why I ask for original and I get crispy chicken. They will give you your drink with drink running down the cup without napkins. Napkins please and thank you.
They have some of the most rude workers I've ever experienced with. Attitude off rip. If you don't like your job, find another one, but being rude and cutting people before they even finish their order is just lack of respect for others. Don't recommend this location AT ALL!
I haven't had KFC in so long but my hand started shaking I checked my sugar so I pulled over and got me a box for original wings meal so thanks for lunch. The drive-through is very fast and the guy was very nice great customer service I appreciate it I had a bad day thank you all for being nice ?
Gotta do better. Set in a line with only 2 cars for 30 minutes on a Tuesday night. The whole time Im listening to the crew cuss and insult each other to eventually get me order and it still wasnt right.
Was a very confusing experience. The food was good but the cashier couldn't have used some more training. Count your change.
This is the worst kfc I have ever encountered. The store manager Reeva wouldn’t even come to talk to me in regards to a wrong order nor did she want to try and rectify the problem. I ordered a 16 piece meal and I get home to find out it’s only a 6 piece. I go back to the store She asked the associate to tell me to bring it back ….. tf for what ?….so I FaceTime my daughter at home. clearly you can see the bucket is small and you can’t put 16 pieces in it duh!!!!!!!I’m already in the store, this was pointless. The manager Reeva refused to come and look even at that time after she pressed the issue about seeing it. Mind you this is the second time this has happened to me at this Conyers location. Eventually had to bring bucket back in the store . Inconvenienced me is an understatement. New management please. Reeva is unprofessional and a disgrace. Better training is needed especially for customer service. Wish I could leave a zero !!!!!!
Meh. Just like almost every fast food place in town. The chicken sandwich had a big piece of chicken when it first came out, now it's damn near half the size. Same with Popeyes too.
