Food didn’t taste horrible but everything was DRY no gravy I got a large curry chicken I was expecting chicken on the bone I got dry cut up almost shredded chicken. The plantains are Sooooo dry omg like they cook them in the morning and let the sit all day. I was not impressed at all. Will not be back
Could've been 5 stars, but my wait for 6 Jerk BBQ wings was much longer than expected. I called in my order @ 5:25pm, arrived there to pick up at 5:35. For the next 25 minutes I was told just a few more minutes, etc. Also, if you want a full menu worth of options, you have to call or come by before 2pm. Otherwise, almost half the items and seasonings on the menu are sold out or not available. Also, if anyone other the owner answers the phone, they should be trained on offering customers options that are available &/or making suggestions that are similar to what the customer asked for that are in stock (plain ole upsetting with good customer service).
Awesome place. Food is good. Traditional taste and people, not corporate streamline BS. Owner is very nice lady. Said she has been there 17 years and I see why. 10/10.
Ordered online yesterday and put in the instructions box to add gravy. I got this dry COLD plate and the oxtails tasted like they were cooked hours ago tough and dry. This is the 2nd time this happened. You want people to spend their money with your business but this is what we get?Will not patronize this establishment again or recommend anyone eating here . Better off going to Golden krust
This restaurant is soooo rude and disgusting. The man told me I needed to but on a mask 15 min after I waited on my food and said he can’t serve me he threw the mask on the counter and said if I don’t put it on he want give me my food. He gave me my money back because I didn’t want to put on the mask and the people in the back did not have a mask or gloves on I took pics and I am going to report to osha . I recommend you go somewhere else because this is not a good place at all!

Not gonna lie, I wasn't impressed with alot of the stuff I ordered from here but I used to get the pasta atleast 2x a week until recently. Y'all really gotta work on y'all customer service bruh ??? from the wait time, not picking up the phone, selective menu and HOURS I'm over it! Not to mention the girls at the front especially the heavyset one are hella rude. And the mask thing is NOT an issue, just watch how you talk to ppl when enforcing your policy.
I work for Door Dash and have picked up orders from many many restaurants in Conyers and Covington. However Karen's has the WORST customer service of them all. There are usually 2 females at the counter, one heavy set and the other small to medium sized. The heavy set one has a TERRIBLE attitude. She doesn't greet you and she's just down right rude. She has an attitude like she's really cute or something. I'm not saying that she's ugly, but her attitude is.Anyway, I often dine at many of the restaurants that I pick up orders from mainly based off of customer service. I don't care how good the food is, if their customer service is bad then I refuse to patronize them.
I ordered small curry chicken and 2 orders of lemon pepper shrimp. When the cashier brought me my order. She asked " if I was going to eat all this food myself?" Why does it matter who is eating the food?!?Other customers had bigger orders then mines but you were worried about my 3 item order? Definitely the last time this business gets my money. Horrible customer service.
I ordered for the first time from this restaurant and while the food was tasty it was very little of it. The food was placed/crammed in a small bowl and there was very little chicken or vegetables. I was disappointed because I paid for or expected plate size portions. I feel the price is too high compared to the portion size.
