Been coming here since I moved here… best pizza around! Staff Customer service is always excellent!!Definitely recommend!
Scamming their customers - This breaks my heart because this used to be my favorite pizza place. I ordered online and picked up in store only to find they added $8 to my $36 order (2 items - a med pizza and cheese bread). Note, there are "prices subject to change because of world events" signs all around the store, but they also "accidentally" put toppings on the full pizza, when I requested half. The online prices are apparently incorrect because they can't be updated until the store menus are reprinted - although the menus looked brand new. Last red flag - no itemized receipts in store. Plus they weren't nice about any of this.I get it - COVID, supply chain issues, labor, but why hide an upcharge for families on an already expensive pizza? Where's the transparency if you're running an honest business? You can keep your pizza and I'll take my business elsewhere. (I won't Karen, but I will quietly online review.)
The pizza was so delicious!! Great quality in every area - cheese, crust, sauce, veggies. Definitely NY style and flavor all over this pizza! And the service was awesome! Sam is so friendly. We will definitely be back. Worth every penny!
Small sign on wall says certain item prices may differ from menu due to pandemic and supply chain shortage. It turns out All of the prices from what we ordered were higher than listed. There is also no rhyme or reason for the hikes in prices. When we were leaving, there was another table that was extremely upset with this as well and the owner simply pointed to his little sign on the wall. *** update*** I see your reply and it's very "sugar coated". When I was there, the owner was already confronted by another table that was unhappy and he literally just pointed to the sign on the door and essentially told them "oh well". I'm also fairly familiar with this owner and he genuinely does not care about his customers whatsoever.
Food was great,but this location charged us for every item on our gluten free pizza instead of $4 extra for the crust. Each of our small 10 inch pizzas were over$30 dollars each!!! We've eaten at many Johnny's but definitely got ripped off at this one
The pizza is good and the service is better.I had placed an online pickup order for a half cheese, half Hawaiian pizza. something glitched in the system so it just showed the Hawaiian on their end. The manager immediately made an additional pizza to make up for the error.
Great customer service and the food is good.
I usually pick up door dash from here and man I can say I’ve definitely had my appetite raved up from just smelling the food. Decided to try a slice last night and it was great! Definitely will be back, whether it’s for food or business
THE BEST RESTAURANT ON SALEM ROAD !!! Waiters are very nice and work very fast you barely have to wait for your food all foods fresh and extremely delicious they talk & interact with all customers which I really love and they have a very welcoming environment great place to bring all the family and have a good time and it’s never crowded and very spacious to fit covid standards which I love. Johnnys pizza will always be a favorite of mine :) and the prices are LOW and the food is LARGE !!
Took my 3 kids and my niece and sons girlfriend for dinner, the service was excellent and the owner cam out twice to make sure we were good and he also thanked us for our business . The pizza was perfect , the wings were excellent and the chicken parm and spaghetti was amazing.
