I like and will continue to be a customer with Jersey Mike's Subs but I will not spend my money at this location. The customer service is horrible. If I place an order in a mobile app, the purpose is to avoid having to wait. My order was placed at 12:32 and was supposed to be ready at 12:47. I entered the store at 12:50 and some customers who were ordering in-store followed after me. I know restaurants get busy at lunch time and they appeared to be completing a large order. My issue is that customers were placing orders in line who came in after me and getting served while I am still waiting on a mobile order placed long ago. I spoke to a staff person at the register twice who said "we had a lot of orders". That is an excuse and not an apology. There was a quick mumbled "sorry" when handed my sandwich at 1:11pm but I felt dismisssed and it was disingenuous. This is still unexcusable to me while you see me standing waiting and my order wasn't even sliced yet. Do better!
Slow, unprofessional, no greeting this is the worst experience at any jersey Mike's location. They take your order then you stand there 15 min before they decide to make it. Way too much sass talk & smart attitude between employees..especially in front of customers & your extra slow...not a good look at all. Will never patronize this location again. If you have all day to wait for a poorly made sandwich this is the location for you.
Left this place not feeling it at all…. I would have asked for my money back had I not waited so long. Nobody wants to hear about another employee calling out and how they feel about him. And then when it’s my tournament go place an order I felt rushed and had a half a** sub. People spend hard earned money not to feel satisfied.
Subs here are absolutely great. We eat here all the time and not one time has our subs come up short or nasty. Of course we will be eating here again.
Me and my boyfriend went in to order. Nobody welcomed us, there was five employees just looking around like no one knew what to do. There was a guy asking us about our order, while cleaning the bread machine, no eye contact, just came off very unprofessional. We didn’t felt welcomed or like our business was wanted. Employees just looked like they were not ready to work. We ended up just walking out. Horrible customer service.
Had a steak n cheese sub. Delicious. Will definitely be returning.
Fast service. Greeting wasn't warm and friendly. They made an attempt at practicing food safety. No one had on any head coverings and the cloves touched too many things.
Poor customer service - not very clean. I went once before and had to ask the person behind the counter to change their gloves - gave them another try still poor customer service - good thing there is a Firehouse Subs near by.
Very is good food the manager lady is very nice never have to wait long.
I showed up at 2:00 PM and the place was locked up. Signs indicated that the place was not closed down. Very Interesting and annoying. Said it was open on Google?
