The food was good but wait time was too long.

Good home cooking at a good price

Beautiful inviting environment...food was great. Honey battered chicken sandwich and fries was yummy

First off, I enjoy the food and what you get for the price. More importantly though, it takes a little while to get the food out to you. Last time we were there for lunch it took over 45 minutes to get our food brought out. In my opinion, that's very unacceptable for lunch time. When you walk into order, it looks like it's going to be cafeteria style. For some reason, that's not how they do it. Place the order and they bring it out to you a little while later even though it's just sitting right there in front of you. We can't really risk going back there and it taking that long for lunch.

We had eaten here only once before ordering catering for my son's birthday party. Everything was delicious, hot and fresh out of the oven. All the food was ready on time and reasonably priced. Happy customers! Thanks!!

Food was delicious, I will be back for sure. Staff is a delight. Great atmosphere. One of the last places I have found that's worth every penny!

Decided to try this place in downtown Conyers. Ha d to park a block away but the alley led me straight to the restaurant. Really nice decor as you enter the place. Ordering is done at a counter to the left. Steam table with good looking food. Placed order and paid $24 for meat and two veggies for two people. Sat at a table and waited for 15 min. before out food appeared in plastic wear as if it were a to go order, a lot of needless plastic to my way of thinking. For a place serving comfort food I would have liked to have seen real plates and silver wear. Food was ok but not outstanding.

Hate to write bad reviews, but my experience with this place was horrible. Ordered catfish and okra but the catfish was not fried hard enough. Also decided to try two desserts, banana pudding and peach cobbler. PEACH COBBLER HAD HORRIBLE TASTE AND AFTER TASTE! Banana pudding, COOKIES AND BANANA HARD(ripe). Not sure what kind of “whipped cream “ was mixed in. Very disappointed

Just right for a quick Saturday afternoon lunch. The wait time for our food was a little long, but they are looking to hire more staff. Overall a pretty good experience.

My first visit- I promise you it won’t be my last! I ordered the meatloaf, Mac and cheese and collard greens- BEST I have ever had!! My only regret is that I live 40 minutes away- but it will definitely be worth the drive- I would love to see them put fried chicken(other than tenders) on the menu- employees were welcoming, and very friendly.
