The service was terrible. 30 minutes to sit, 1 hour wait to just get a drink. The waitress forgot what drink we had and had to come back to ask. The food order wasn’t put in and of course the waitress had to come back and ask what we ordered. We spent an hour waiting on food for the order not to be put in and to get a drink, so we had to leave. Terrible terrible experience. Everyone in the place was upset with the service. Will not return.
This by far has been the worst restaurant experience I’ve had. Every time i go there service is horrendous. I get being short staffed, I am a restaurant manager. The is a whole different thing. We waited about 40 min for a seat. The hostess was honest about the staffing issues. Im ok with that. Once we were seated, we waited 23 min before we had to find someone to ask for service. We were told she would be with us in a min. We watched this server clean dirty tables, drop checks and make to go drinks for another 10 min without even a greet. We left. The server just watched us get up and go. I’ll take my money elsewhere. If my team would have provided service like this at my restaurant, they would not have a job. I would find a new team. This is a consistent problem at this establishment. I will not return.

The food was delicious. it came out hott and fresh I really enjoy wit my baby girl.
Hot coffee and beautiful server. She has big red scarf bun and tall very pleasant and efficient server. Food was hot too. Very unusual for restaurants. Very great experience.
The staff is welcoming, my family had breakfast there a few times, the meals are serve hot. Don't have to wait long to be seated. I enjoy their pancakes and scrambled eggs with cheese.?
Food is great but the customer service is amazing ! When we started coming here Joel was our server. This was maybe a year ago or 2 now he is a manger and it definitely suites him ! He is so kind and talks to everyone who walks in the door ! He is hustling and getting plates together, serving ppl . While eating we hear him telling another server she did amazing today . He really has bought this place a new face ! We truly enjoy coming here and it definitely has to do with Joel !
Wow, great breakfast! We had a small wait but I understand why. The food was great, portion size was more than favor. Our server was delightful. I can't say enough, it was nice to see the manager on the floor with his coworkers, visiting the guest and asking if there was anything they needed. The restrooms were very clean, atmosphere was nice. If I were local this would be my go to place!
