I just visited this place tonight. I called and placed a pickup order online. The lady on the phone advised me my price would be $17 dollars and some change. I get to the store my price is now $18 dollars and some change. I didn’t make a fuss and just paid, but when I get home and check my account, my card has been charged for $20 dollars and some change??? I ordered a 10pc wing meal with okra and corn nuggets. The wings were good, but they give you such a little amount of the sides it doesn’t add up. This was absolutely not a $20 dollar meal. I won’t be returning. The gentleman behind the counter was very nice but the portions aren’t worth what you pay for.

Last night was my first time ordering wings in 2 years, the pandemic made me stay away from restaurants & fast food, & last night was the reason why. I ordered crispy but not hard mild wings. My wings were BURNT, they had to remake them ,,, I see why they ask you not to stand at the counter, they don’t want you to see the employees FAIL TO WASH THEIR HANDS, they don’t want you to see, there is ABSOLUTELY, no sanitary practices in place for cooking food. They don’t want you to see the employee wipe her eyes & continue fixing an order, they don’t want you to see employees take money from the customer & NOT WASH HER HANDS after handling cash,,, nasty dirty cash & go back & prepare another order, it was a very disgusting display of unclean , unsafe, unsanitary & just plain ole NASTY, conditions. I’m DONE with honey creek wings forever, needless to say , you weren’t missed at all, thank God I know how to cook, I’ll make my own wings. I should’ve taken pictures,, long finger nails, no gloves, no hand washing , no wiping down, we didn’t eat the food ,,, it wasn’t edible & since they have their little hand written “absolutely no refunds “signage taped to the unsanitary counter , we didn’t get a refund, no worries we won’t be back ,,, bad service! Bad food ! & those horrible unclean practices are part of the reason this nasty virus won’t go away ,,,, BYE HCW!!!!!!
It was a pleasant experience to have come here and I will come back. I came to this store on 11/30/2021 at around 8:30pm I work crazy hours and was starving and hoped that they would take my order despite going to close soon because I really didnt have a taste for any other restaurants around. The two workers on staff were more than happy to take my last minute order (thank-you again and sorry for being THAT guy lol) and furthermore it was done in literally 7 minutes. I got chicken tenders a drink and chips 10/10. if your reading this review still stop wasting time GO TO THE STORE and enjoy yourself. its the best spot in town! 5 stars cheers
The staff wasn’t the best and they messed up my order bad. Might have been me not reading but I’m very disappointed! ?
First time visiting this location, I love that my husband told them I was allergic to seafood and she took care to ensure even new tongs were used to place our order in container. I could not eat their fries because they are apparently cooked in the same fryer with fish?\\nBut the wings were good. I only tried 2 because I like flats and there were only 2 flats included one of each flavor. We will go back for the chicken as it was tasty, fresh and well cooked.
Great service and solid food as always. I like that they can make stuff crunchyer if you ask.

Food is just mediocre. Nothing special. The customer service is piss poor. The bigger lady is rude and the employees can’t even ring your ticket out right. I’ve tried giving y’all a chance multiple times and never again. The final straw was getting put on hold for 10 minutes before I hung up. While on hold, I could hear all the employees talking in the background. When I called back right after I hung up, the phones were already cut off 45 minutes before they closed. Definitely better places in Conyers than this establishment
