This location asked me to pull up and wait in the “Reserved” section and they’ll bring my food out. Once in the section they clearly got got about me, was sitting there over 15minutes before I pulled back around to the drive thru window and was greeted by the young lady who took my order but asked me again “can I help you ma’am” as of it were her first time seeing me. I reminded her that I had been in the “Reserved” section she told me to pull in and no one has brought out my food. She looked back and yelled to the cook asking how long for the order to which he responded “we waiting on strips” I waited 15 more minutes when the finally handed us our food then we waited 5 more minutes for shakes. I’m so glad I was just passing thru and this is not a local location for me cause I would NEVER come to this place again
They said, “pull up to the spot and we’ll bring it out to you” only because all they care about is their “window” time. I ordered and paid at 7:38 pm and received my food at “the spot” at 7:53 pm. I ordered two sandwiches and I was the ONLY customer at the store.I didn’t receive an apology for waiting, anything complementary, or even napkins. I see why I was the ONLY one there.
I was doordashing today March 26th and when I pulled through the lady's said pull to the parking space. so I did. 20 minutes later still no food if this was my food I'd demand a refund. this is crazy. 20 minutes no cars in the drive through 3 cars pulled up. this is insane. 30 minutes got the first order, still waiting on the other one. Don't recommend.
I enjoyed this location because it was clean and the food was fresh to order. The price of the food was good. I got the the limited time $5.00 meal cheeseburger, small fries and Small drink. It's a great deal the burger was big and had everything. They have restrooms, lots of parking, they have drive thru, curb side, but I don't know if they have delivery. I do like that the menu has milk shake, apple pie, and cinnamon bun so the options for dessert is good. I will definitely stop through again if I am in the neighborhood.
They need more employeesSo instead of still trying to expedite food the best way possible they succumbed to being short staff and saying [email protected]#k it I am taking my time. I understand the issue. But they have also to realize that this is a fast-food restaurant. I emphasized the word Fast. At least pretend to like your job.and try to realize that the people you hold hostage after you take there money have lives and jobs to get back to.
This is the weirdest Hardee's I've been to. Hell, this is the weirdest fast food restaurant period. The lobby is locked still due to COVID. If that's not ridiculous enough, they only take one order at a time. They WILL NOT take your order until the person in front of you has received their food and left. I thought they had a worker shortage which is totally understandable, nope. When you drive around they're all just standing around. Needless to say, I'll drive a little further to Burger King for my flame broiled fix from now on.
I've had their food a couple times in the past and decided to get lunch for my grandson and I. I placed my order at 11:23 AM and was told my food would be delivered 12:30. I used Ubereats. The time kept getting longer while the driver was "waiting for my food to be prepared". I texted the driver at 1:00 to see how much longer since my grandson was hungry! No response (don't know if the issue was Ubereats or Hardees) but when the food came at 1:20 PM (almost 2 hours after ordering) it was cold and not tasty!! The fries were cold and reheating them made it worse. The burger was cold but reheating it barely improved it. My grandson said the fries were "disgusting" and did not like the burger. He ended up eating homemade mac n cheese.. I could have made a full meal in the time it took to get what was a very disappointing meal.
There’s nothing more irritating than coming some where and your always asked to pull to the side. Never Fails!!!!
Look I don’t wanna get on here and complain because most of the time places are decent enough for me to give somewhat of a positive review but this place was utterly disgusting the hashbrowns look like if someone had soak them in hot grease I didn’t say Fried I said soaked them in hot grease, the chicken biscuit that I received the biscuit was well done definitely had that browned toasted flavor that a biscuit should not have in the chicken had that same burnt browned over done I need to change the oil three weeks ago flavor unfortunately I would say do not take your time and money to go to this location the staff was nice though…. But I also didn’t receive a receipt so I have no way of saying what my order number was or anything to report it
I wanted a pork chop biscuit and gravy, they were out didn't know when next batch would be ready.
