The food was absolutely amazing. 10/10, I've finally found a replacement for my favorite Mexican place from my hometown.Pictured is EL GIGANTE, a huge burrito which includes a free t-shirt and dessert if you're able to eat it all. Challenge complete.

Absolutely horrible. Walked in waited for host (Dry personality) she says give me a moment. Looked for a table in the middle cleaned it for us then it went downhill from there. Waited for chips & salsa for 20 minutes. Never received a beverage not a drop of water. Asked the host can we get chips a drink a waitress. The older lady that was the waitress said let me make a drink at the bar did that for one table never came to our table. Finally chips come no water no drink. We had to ask. Again no help never seen the waitress at all. 45 minutes lady mouth dry because we ate chips ohhhh a drink comes yeah 45 minutes in. No waiter we all went to the restroom ready. Lobby was full of people complaining we sat 5 more minutes got up and left. They need to shut down ?? and start again. Take lessons from a real Mexican restaurant because I have Never ever in life had a bad Mexican restaurant experience. Attitude no customer service chicas on cell phone talking amongst one another in the back but not taking orders or serving ?

The food here was extremely tasty. The only issue I had was with some tamales I had which were a little tough due to the corn. The district manager came by the table and asked can I give him my opinion. Everything else was excellent the service was great. I hope the next time that tamales are on point.

I just left this location and I'm very unhappy!I purchased a to go order of Chicken Chilaquiles. All of the ingredients are supposed to be cooked and placed together in a single dish as a casserole, but instead everything was in separate small containers. I had to assemble the ingredients to get the full affect of the dish. The containers are very small. The chicken was very dry, and their was barely any cheese and green sauce!I'm extremely disappointed, and will not return to this location!

Haven't been in a while, but wanted to patronize a long time favorite. There were only four other tables seated in the entire restaurant. Never saw a server, except the one talking to an apparent friend of their's at the front door. Sat with our child with no server long enough and went to Los Charros instead. Had a great experience there and didn't pay double prices for it as we would have at Frontera. So long Frontera, never again.

We ordered a bowl of xochitl chicken soup, baja shrimp tacos, pork tamales and sides of rice and beans since the tamales didn’t come with anything except sauce. The chicken soup ($8.99) was very good but very small. I hate to think what the “cup” portion is like. The shrimp tacos, described as “crispy”, were soft and contained depressingly grey salad shrimp, also soft. The tamales, on the other hand, were very crispy indeed. (Aren’t they supposed to be steamed?) These were so overcooked that they snapped, except where the sauce had made them soggy. The pork was completely dried out with burnt bits. The rice and beans were ok.

This use to be an awesome restaurant. I was shocked at the prices and how high they jumped but accepted it as I know many places are struggling to stay open. I wouldn't have minded the higher prices if the food was worth it. I had steak and chicken fajitas. There were 5 pieces of steak two of which were nothing but gristle. My daughters burrito was equally as bad. The only good part of our dinner was the salsa.I will say our waitress was very nice. She did everything that she could to make sure we were well taken care of. She just couldn't change the food the kitchen put out. She is the only reason I gave this place two stars.

There is a young lady named “Alex” who is the most nasty, disrespectful, inconsiderate, and arrogant individual I’ve ever met in my life. Whoever the owner is needs to either get rid of her, or promote one of the other nice young ladies working here to manage the front of the house. $20 an hour doesn’t give you any authority to treat people like dirt. As a matter of fact, it gives you no authority.

I have tryed many Mexican restaurants and Frontera is 1 of my favorites. The food is good and the prices are even better. The service has always treated me well. I highly suggest trying them out next time that you want Mexican food. An easy 5 star rating
